Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor attended the RSS centenary celebrations in Mumbai, marking 100 years of the organization.

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) celebrated its centenary in 2025 with a two-day event held at a large auditorium in Mumbai. The first day of the celebrations commenced on Saturday, February 7, drawing numerous notable figures from various sectors including politics, sports, and entertainment.

Stars from Bollywood Turn Out

Several luminaries from Bollywood were in attendance on the inaugural day, including prominent actors Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. Renowned filmmakers such as Mohit Suri, Subhash Ghai, Nitesh Tiwari, Om Raut, and Vikram Malhotra were also present. Lyricist Prasoon Joshi was noted to be seated alongside Salman Khan during the proceedings.

Noteworthy Appearances and Interactions

Salman Khan appeared attentive while listening to the speakers on stage, underscoring his engagement in the event. Ranbir Kapoor, who sported a notable moustache, was seated in the front row. This look is associated with his upcoming film “Love & War,” directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

A video captured outside the auditorium featured Ranbir Kapoor greeting director Nitesh Tiwari warmly. Nitesh Tiwari has worked with Kapoor on the highly anticipated two-part film “Ramayana,” where Ranbir plays the character of Lord Rama. The project also includes Sai Pallavi as Sita, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, and Yash as Ravana. The first installment is slated for release on Diwali 2026, followed by the second part in Diwali 2027.

Upcoming Projects for Salman Khan

In addition to his presence at the event, Salman Khan is preparing for his role in “Battle Of Galwan,” where he stars alongside Chitrangda Singh. The film portrays Colonel Bikkumalla Santosh Babu and is inspired by a chapter from the book “India’s Most Fearless 3,” authored by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.
