UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Reviews Security and Healthcare in Balrampur

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a review meeting on March 12 in the Balrampur division, focusing on enhancing security and facilities for visitors at the Devi Patan Shaktipeeth. The Chief Minister issued directives aimed at improving cleanliness and overall amenities for devotees. He underscored the importance of holding daily public hearings to promptly address the concerns of citizens. Additionally, he highlighted the need to prevent the resurgence of individuals involved in criminal activities by engaging village watchmen and fostering effective communication among the community.

CM Adityanath’s Temple Visit and Community Interaction

During his visit to Balrampur, CM Yogi Adityanath also paid homage at the Maa Pateshwari temple, where he engaged in ritual prayers. He participated in a symbolic gesture by feeding jaggery and fodder to cattle housed in a temple cowshed, promoting the welfare of animals as part of community engagement initiatives.

Inauguration of Yatharth Super Specialty Hospital in Agra

On March 7, CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the Yatharth Super Specialty Hospital in Agra, commending the Yatharth Group for their establishment of this medical institution. While addressing attendees at the ceremony, he congratulated the group on achieving the milestone of opening their eighth hospital. CM Yogi made a connection between this achievement and spiritual concepts by referring to the significance of “Ashta Siddhi” or eight achievements, which he linked to the attainment of “Nav Nidhis” or nine treasures, stating that this new facility symbolizes this journey.

Quality Healthcare and Infrastructure Development

The Chief Minister emphasized the right of every individual to access quality healthcare. He highlighted significant advancements in Uttar Pradesh’s healthcare sector, noting an increase in operational medical colleges from 17 in 2017 to 81 in 2023, along with the establishment of two All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) institutions. He attributed these healthcare improvements to the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and the commitment to building a new India characterized by economic growth and modern infrastructure.

Progress in Transportation and Healthcare Services

In his speech, CM Adityanath spoke about the overall development trajectory of the nation, emphasizing the harmonious blend of heritage and modern progress. He pointed out the advancements in infrastructure, such as highway expansions, the construction of expressways, and the enhancement of public transportation systems. Furthermore, he mentioned the introduction of free dialysis and CT scan facilities available in every district. He stated, “Today, within Uttar Pradesh, the facility of free dialysis is available in every district, and the facility of CT scan is available. In the year 2017, only 17 medical colleges were operational in Uttar Pradesh. Today, 81 medical colleges are being operated across the state, and 2 AIIMS are being operated,” marking a substantial progress in the healthcare infrastructure of the state.
