Boyfriend Allegedly Dumps 27-Year-Old Model at Hospital, She’s Declared Dead

The CSR Journal Magazine

A 27-year-old model from Madhya Pradesh, Khushboo Ahirwar, was found dead in mysterious circumstances early Monday, triggering public anger and an intense police investigation. Her family has accused her boyfriend of murdering her after allegedly beating her severely.

According to police, Khushboo’s boyfriend, Qasim Ahmed, had taken her to a private hospital in Bhainsakhedi, Sehore district, after her health worsened during their journey from Ujjain to Bhopal. Doctors declared her dead, following which Qasim disappeared from the scene. The body has been sent to Gandhi Medical College in Bhopal for postmortem under magisterial supervision.

Outside the hospital, Khushboo’s distraught mother, Lakshmi Ahirwar, accused Qasim of killing her daughter. “There are blue marks all over her body. Her face is swollen, and her private parts are bruised. My daughter was brutally beaten to death,” she said through tears. Her sister added, “She was strangled. There are bruises everywhere. We want justice.”

Investigators confirmed that Khushboo and Qasim had been in a live-in relationship for over a year. A few days before her death, Qasim reportedly called Khushboo’s mother, saying, “I am Muslim, but your daughter is with me. Don’t worry, I’m taking her to Ujjain.” Later, Khushboo told her family, “Don’t worry, Qasim is a good guy. I’m with him.” That was their last conversation.

Boyfriend With Criminal Past

Police sources revealed that Qasim, who has a criminal history related to illegal liquor trade, is being interrogated. Officials also found signs of injury on Khushboo’s body, raising suspicions of assault and possible sexual violence. “We are waiting for the postmortem report. All angles, including sexual assault and murder, are being examined,” said an officer from Parwalia Police Station.

Khushboo, known on Instagram as @DiamondGirl30, had been living in Bhopal for the past three years while pursuing a modelling career. Originally from Mandi Bamora, she had dropped out of college after her first year and worked part-time to support her ambitions. Her social media presence reflected her determination to make a name in the local modelling circuit.

Her family has now appealed to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav for justice. “This happened in your area. Please, sir, do something. My sister deserves justice,” her sister urged.

As police await the postmortem findings, Khushboo’s death has once again raised uncomfortable questions about women’s safety and the vulnerability of young aspirants navigating India’s entertainment world alone.
