12 साल बाद भारत लौटे रॉक बैंड ने मुंबई में मचाई सनसनी

मुंबई की शाम शनिवार को कुछ खास बन गई जब Guns N’ Roses ने 12 साल बाद भारत में वापसी की और दर्शकों को Axl Rose और Slash की दमदार जोड़ी के साथ एक बार फिर पुराने दिनों की यादों में डुबो दिया। बारिश के बावजूद हज़ारों फैंस ने अपनी एनर्जी कम नहीं होने दी और करीब तीन घंटे तक चले इस रॉक शो में झूमते रहे।

स्लैश की एंट्री से हुई शुरुआत, ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ से मचा धमाल

बैंड के मंच पर आने से पहले ही माहौल में रोमांच घुल गया था। कुछ दिन पहले ज़ीट बोरा नाम के प्रशंसक ने Slash को लियोपोल्ड कैफ़े में देखा था, जिससे कॉन्सर्ट की हलचल पहले ही शुरू हो गई थी। जब मंच पर स्लैश अपनी चमकीली पीली ‘The Evil Dead’ टीशर्ट और आइकॉनिक हैट पहनकर पहुंचे और ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ की धुन छेड़ी, तब भीड़ ने ज़ोरदार तालियों से उनका स्वागत किया।

Axl Rose काले कपड़ों में अपने चिर-परिचित ड्रामेटिक अंदाज़ में नज़र आए। उनकी एनर्जी, आवाज़ और स्टाइल ने ये साबित कर दिया कि क्यों वे रॉक इतिहास के सबसे बड़े फ्रंटमैन में से एक हैं।

हालांकि बारिश और प्रवेश में हुई दिक्कतों के चलते कई लोग शुरुआती परफॉर्मेंस मिस कर गए, लेकिन भारतीय रॉक बैंड Girish and the Chronicles ने शानदार प्रस्तुति दी। ‘रॉक एन रोल इज़ हियर टू स्टे’ जैसे गानों से उन्होंने भारतीय रॉक दिग्गजों जैसे परिक्रमा को श्रद्धांजलि दी।

अब Fire NOC के लिए नहीं लगाना पड़ता चक्कर, UP सरकार ने बदली पूरी व्यवस्था

उत्तर प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की सरकार ने बीते वर्षों में जन सुविधा को लेकर कई ऐतिहासिक फैसले लिए हैं। इन्हीं में से एक है फायर एनओसी की ऑनलाइन व्यवस्था (Online Fire NOC)। जहां पहले लोगों को फायर विभाग की एनओसी के लिए बार-बार ऑफिस जाना पड़ता था, अब यह पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन हो चुकी है। आज प्रदेश में कोई भी नागरिक फायर एनओसी ऑनलाइन कैसे प्राप्त करें यह जानकर सिर्फ 15 दिन के भीतर अपनी एनओसी पा सकता है।

2018 से पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन हुई एनओसी प्रक्रिया

एडीजी फायर सर्विस पद्मजा चौहान बताती हैं कि वर्ष 2017 से पहले उत्तर प्रदेश में फायर एनओसी लेना बेहद कठिन कार्य था। पारदर्शिता का अभाव, समय सीमा तय न होना और अफसरों के चक्कर काटना आम बात थी। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए 2018 में फायर एनओसी ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शुरू करवाया। इसके जरिए कोई भी व्यक्ति अब उत्तर प्रदेश अग्निशमन विभाग की वेबसाइट पर जाकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकता है और बिना किसी दलाल या बिचौलिए के सीधे 15 दिन में एनओसी पा सकता है। अगर किसी कारण से आपत्ति आती है तो उसे भी एक हफ्ते के भीतर सूचित किया जाता है।

ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस को बढ़ावा देने वाले बदलाव

Ease of Doing Business in UP को मजबूत करने के लिए योगी सरकार ने 2022 में उत्तर प्रदेश अग्निशमन तथा आपात सेवा अधिनियम लागू किया और फिर 2024 में उससे जुड़े नियमों को और सरल कर दिया। अब एनओसी प्रक्रिया को लेकर जो समस्याएं थीं, जैसे सेटबैक, सीढ़ियों की चौड़ाई, पहुंच मार्ग और वॉटर टैंक की क्षमता, इन सभी को फायर सेफ्टी रूल्स 2024 में व्यवहारिक और लचीला बना दिया गया है।

फायर एनओसी में आए मुख्य बदलाव

1. सेटबैक की समस्या खत्म
पहले फायर एनओसी के लिए बिल्डिंग के चारों तरफ तय दूरी यानी सेटबैक का पालन करना अनिवार्य था, लेकिन अब केवल “एक्सेस टू बिल्डिंग” यानी फायर टेंडर की पहुंच को ही मानक माना जाता है।
2. सीढ़ियों की चौड़ाई में लचीलापन
अब सीढ़ियों की चौड़ाई तय करने में Occupant Load यानी भवन में रहने वालों की संख्या के आधार पर निर्णय लिया जाता है, जिससे पुराने मकानों को भी राहत मिली है।
3. पहुंच मार्ग का नया मानक
पहले गलियों और कस्बों की संकरी सड़कों की वजह से फायर एनओसी नहीं मिलती थी, लेकिन अब फायर ट्रक के गुजरने लायक न्यूनतम चौड़ाई ही जरूरी मानक है। इससे छोटे शहरों में भी निर्माण आसान हो गया है।
4. वॉटर टैंक की नई व्यवस्था
अब कुल जरूरत के पानी को कहीं भी (ऊपर या जमीन के नीचे) स्टोर करना मंजूर है। पहले Overhead और Underground टैंक की अलग-अलग शर्तें होती थीं, लेकिन अब लचीलापन दिया गया है।

फायर विभाग बना डिजिटल और जवाबदेह

योगी सरकार ने यह सुनिश्चित किया है कि अब फायर डिपार्टमेंट सिर्फ अग्निकांड में काम आने वाला विभाग नहीं रह गया, बल्कि यह अब जनसुविधा, ई-गवर्नेंस और पारदर्शिता का उदाहरण बन गया है।
2023 में सिंगल विंडो पोर्टल फायर एनओसी के जरिए औद्योगिक इकाइयों और उद्यमियों के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया को और भी आसान बना दिया गया।

रोजगार और सुरक्षा, दोनों पर फोकस

सरकार ने फायर विभाग की जनशक्ति को और मजबूत करने के लिए नए पदों का सृजन शुरू कर दिया है। इससे ना सिर्फ आपातकालीन सेवाओं में तेजी आएगी, बल्कि युवाओं को उत्तर प्रदेश फायर सर्विस में सरकारी नौकरी पाने का मौका भी मिलेगा। योगी सरकार के इन प्रयासों ने उत्तर प्रदेश को Fire Safety NOC Online, UP Fire Department Reforms, और Simplified Fire Norms in UP जैसे मामलों में देशभर में अग्रणी बना दिया है। अब एनओसी मिलना न केवल आसान हुआ है बल्कि पारदर्शी भी हो गया है।

Yogi Govt Issues Heatwave Advisory, Cautions Citizens Amid Rising Temperatures

As intense heat and severe heatwave conditions grip various parts of Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath-led government has stepped in with precautionary measures to safeguard citizens. Acting swiftly on Meteorological Department warnings predicting continued heatwave conditions in several districts, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the Relief and Health Departments to issue alerts and ensure public safety.

Official Guidelines released

In line with the CM’s instructions, the state Health Department has released official guidelines to raise public awareness about heatstroke prevention. These include practical suggestions for avoiding exposure to extreme heat, staying hydrated, and recognizing early symptoms of heat-related illnesses. Additionally, posters and pamphlets are being circulated across the state to educate people on safety precautions.

Partha Sarathi Sen Sharma, Principal Secretary of the Department of Medical, Health, and Family Welfare, said that CM Yogi Adityanath had instructed officials to issue necessary guidelines to protect people from the extreme heat and heatwaves in the state. Following these instructions, the department has shared several important tips to help people stay safe from heatstroke.

The Advisory

“When heading outdoors, cover your body properly and opt for light-colored, breathable clothing. Don’t forget to carry an umbrella or wear sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Keep yourself hydrated, drink plenty of fluids like lemon water, shikanji, or coconut water throughout the day. At home or in the workplace, use curtains or shades to block direct sunlight and keep indoor spaces cool,” say the guidelines.

It adds: “Take special care of children, the older, and those who are unwell, as they are more vulnerable to heat-related illnesses. Avoid stepping out between 12 noon and 4 PM, when temperatures are usually at their highest. Avoid consuming too much protein or stale food on an empty stomach. Never leave children or animals alone in parked vehicles in the sun. Also, reduce the intake of alcohol, tea, coffee, and carbonated drinks during this time.”

Awareness posters

The Health Department, following instructions from the Yogi government, has circulated posters detailing symptoms of heat-related illnesses. These symptoms include a body temperature above 40 degrees Celsius, red and dry skin, dizziness, muscle weakness, shortness of breath, headache, anxiety, nausea, or vomiting. If anyone shows these signs, they should be immediately moved to a shaded area, given cool water to drink, bathed with cold water if possible, and emergency medical help should be called right away.

Special guidelines have been issued for laborers and children. Workers at construction sites must be given regular breaks and access to cool, shaded areas. Heavy labor should be scheduled during the morning or evening hours to avoid peak heat. Children should be prevented from playing outside during midday heat, dressed in loose, light clothing, and encouraged to drink plenty of water. It is crucial never to leave children alone inside parked vehicles in hot weather.

Implementation of “Mitra System”

CM Yogi has ordered the immediate implementation of the “Mitra System” to monitor workers’ health, where colleagues watch out for each other and provide first aid if needed. Additionally, industries have been instructed to insulate hot equipment, and arrangements for cool shaded areas for children must be made.

The Health and Medical Department and the National Health Mission, have appealed the public to stay vigilant during the heatwave and to seek immediate medical attention at the nearest health center or call ambulance service 108 if serious symptoms appear in any person.

Mexican Navy Ship Collides With Iconic Brooklyn Bridge In New York, 2 Killed

A Mexican Navy Ship’s sailing vessel decorated with bright lights and flags collided with New York’s iconic Brooklyn Bridge. The shocking incident occurred late on Saturday night. The majestic sailing ship, Cuauhtémoc, collided with the Bridge. The incident resulted in a catastrophic shearing of towering masts of the vessel. The New York police stated that apparently the ship lost power moments before the crash, forcing it to head towards the bridge.

The collision was so severe that it  tragically claimed the lives of two individuals and left 17 others injured. The incident has sent shockwaves through the city and prompted investigations into the cause.

How the Cuauhtémoc Collided

According to reports, harrowing videos were captured by onlookers present on the scene. The videos vividly illustrate the dramatic moment the Cuauhtémoc hit the bridge. The Ship’s rigging illuminated and a large Mexican flag prominently displayed, approached the Brooklyn side of the East River span.

The vessel is named in honor of the last Aztec emperor. As the vessel attempted to cross beneath the historic structure, its impressive 147-foot (45-meter) masts proved to be fatally too tall. The top portions of the masts violently struck the underside of the bridge’s arch, The collision snapping audibly and partially collapsing onto the ship’s deck killing 2. The footage also showed heavy vehicular traffic traversing the Brooklyn bridge at the time of the collision.

Fatalities and Injuries Aboard

The aftermath of the collision was even more deadly, revealing a grim scene on board. The  New York City Mayor Eric Adams confirmed early Sunday the devastating loss of two lives among those who sustained serious injuries. In total, 17 individuals suffered injuries, requiring medical attention. Brooklyn residents who witnessed the accident, said the area erupted in panic. There was “lots of screaming, some sailors hanging from the masts”.

The Mexican Navy later reported that 22 personnel on board were injured, with 19 requiring hospitalization, and initially noted that three were in serious condition. Eyewitness accounts painted a distressing picture of naval cadets, dressed in their white uniforms, dangling precariously from the ship’s damaged rigging high above the deck, awaiting rescue. Authorities also confirmed that no individuals fell into the East River.

Statement of the Police

New York police chief of special operations Wilson Aramboles told a press conference said, The  vessel lost power at around 8:20 pm (local time) while the captain was manoeuvring the vessel, forcing it to head for the bridge abutment on the Brooklyn side.

Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum said Saturday she was “deeply saddened” by the loss of two crew members from a navy ship after it crashed into the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. In a post on social media she wrote, “We are deeply saddened by the loss of two crew members  of the Cuauhtemoc Training Ship”

The Cuauhtémoc

The Cuauhtemoc, a 91-meter (297ft) long and 12-meter (40ft) wide vessel launched in 1982, traditionally undertakes training voyages for naval cadets after their academy courses. This year’s voyage began on April 6th from Acapulco, Mexico, with Iceland as its intended final destination. The power failure occurred around 8:20 pm local time, leading to the devastating collision. Mexican officials are also helping the cadets who were affected, working with local authorities.

The ship had been on a long voyage since early April, starting in Acapulco with plans to visit many ports across different countries. It had recently arrived in New York City on May 13th but was supposed to leave just a few days later on May 17th.

17 Killed, Including Children in Massive Fire at Building Near Hyderabad’s Charminar

A devastating fire erupted in a building near the iconic Charminar in Hyderabad’s Old City. The fire erupted this morning, claiming the lives of at least 17 people. The deceased also included a seven-year-old girl and several women.

According to reports, the cause of the massive blaze is currently under investigation. However, the Police suspect that a short circuit might be the reason behind the blaze. The rescue operations are ongoing on a large scale. Simultaneously, the authorities are working to rescue all individuals who may have been still trapped inside the building or the debris.

Victims Identified

So far the identified deceased are as follows:

  5. Iraj (2 years)

Swift Response but Extensive Damage

Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, stated that the fire broke out around 6:00 am in the morning. She claimed that the Telangana Fire Department arrived at the scene as soon as possible by 6:16 am. Prabhakar also said that despite the fire department’s rapid response, the fire had already spread significantly.

She also said the bodies have been recovered and sent to hospitals and that the state government will share full information soon as the identification process continues. According to reports the fire was so massive that it spread across the building rapidly trapping people inside and resulting in the tragic loss of 17 lives. The firefighters managed to rescue around 10 to 15 people from the building.

Political Leaders Express Grief

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his deep anguish over the tragedy on X. The PMO in a post on X wrote, “Deeply anguished by the loss of lives due to a fire tragedy in Hyderabad, Telangana. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. May the injured recover soon. An ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000”.

Union Minister G Kishan Reddy, along with Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and former Charminar MLA Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, visited the site. The visit was to oversee rescue operations and assess the situation.

Reddy said, “The fire broke out in a pearl shop owned by a family. The accident happened due to a short circuit. Many people have died in the accident. Some have been injured. I am not blaming anyone, but since Hyderabad is a rapidly developing city, the police, municipal, fire, and electricity departments should be strengthened.”

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has spoken with Minister Ponnam Prabhakar for detailed updates on the inciden. The CM also extended his condolences to the victims’ families. He has directed officials to intensify relief efforts and ensure the best possible medical treatment for those injured in the tragedy.

Challenges in Rescue Operations

In addition, the Deputy Commissioner of Police Sneha Mehra highlighted the challenges faced by rescue teams. This was due to the building’s structure, which had only one initial entry point. The firefighters had to create another entry to gain access inside the building. She also noted that the area consists of old establishments with some new constructions and is characterized by narrow pathways.

Reports suggest that the area where the incident occurred has a row of jewellery shops, The building is very close to the iconic Charminar historical monument of Hyderabad. he affected area near Gulzar House is known for its numerous century-old jewellery shops situated close to each other. Authorities have confirmed that an investigation into the matter is underway.

अब आप ‘हेरा फेरी 3’ में परेश रावल (Paresh Rawal in Hera Pheri 3) को बाबू भईया के किरदार में नहीं देख पाएंगे। खुद एक्टर ने अपनी एग्जिट को कंफर्म कर दिया है। पहले से ही खबरें आ रही थीं कि वो इस फिल्म का हिस्सा नहीं होंगे। पर अब उन्होंने इसे कंफर्म कर दिया है। राजू, घनश्याम और बाबूराव की इस तिकड़ी को ‘हेरा फेरी’ में खूब पसंद किया गया। दर्शकों को इस फ्रेंचाइजी के तीसरे पार्ट का बेसब्री से इंतजार था। लेकिन खबरें थीं कि बाबूराव यानी परेश रावल इस फिल्म का हिस्सा नहीं होंगे।

अब खुद एक्टर ने इस पर मुहर लगा दी है। उन्होंने ये भी खुलासा किया है कि डायरेक्टर प्रियदर्शन के साथ उनके रिश्ते अच्छे हैं और क्रिएटिव मतभेद के कारण उन्होंने फिल्म नहीं छोड़ी है। Paresh Rawal ने 18 अप्रैल 2025 को X पर कंफर्म कर दिया कि वो ‘हेरा फेरी 3’ से अलग हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने अपना फैसला सुनाते हुए ट्वीट किया, ‘मैं ये बात रेकॉर्ड में दर्ज करना चाहता हूं कि ‘हेरा फेरी 3′ से अलग होने का मेरा फैसला क्रिएटिव मतभेदों के कारण नहीं था। मैं फिर से दोहराता हूं कि फिल्म निर्माता के साथ कोई क्रिएटिव मतभेद नहीं है। मैं फिल्म निर्देशक प्रियदर्शन के लिए प्यार, सम्मान और आस्था रखता हूं।’

Hera Pheri 3 Paresh Rawal: बाबूराव के फैंस हुए दुखी

परेश रावल के इस फैसले से फैंस आहत हैं। उनके पोस्ट पर सभी अपना रिएक्शन दे रहे हैं। एक यूजर ने लिखा, ‘क्या बाबू भईया, क्यों फिर।’ दूसरे ने लिखा, ‘आपके बिना कोई हेरा फेरी नहीं है।’ तीसरे फैन ने तो ये कह दिया कि अगर वो फिल्म का हिस्सा नहीं हैं तो वो मूवी नहीं देखेंगे। एक फैन ने लिखा, ‘महोदयः आप के बिना यह फिल्म अधूरा होगा।’

सुनील शेट्टी ने कहा था- फिल्म अधूरी होगी

इससे पहले सुनील शेट्टी ने कहा था कि अगर ‘हेरा फेरी 3’ में बाबू भईया (परेश रावल) और राजू (अक्षय कुमार) नहीं हैं तो श्याम (सुनील शेट्टी) का भी कोई वजूद नहीं है। उसका कोई मतलब नहीं है। उन्होंने ये भी कहा था कि अगर इनमें से एक को भी निकाल दिया तो फिल्म नहीं चलती।

साल की शुरुआत में किया था ऐलान

इसी साल 2025 की शुरुआत में डायरेक्टर प्रियदर्शन ने ‘हेरा फेरी 3’ का ऐलान किया था। परेश रावल से पहले अक्षय कुमार भी इस फिल्म का हिस्सा नहीं थे, लेकिन फिर उन्होंने इस फ्रेंचाइजी के तीसरे पार्ट में वापसी कर ली।

Rajkumar Mishra: मिर्ज़ापुर के भटेवरा गांव के रहने वाले राजकुमार मिश्रा ने लंदन में अपनी मेहनत और लगन से एक नई पहचान बनाई है। पांच साल पहले जब उन्होंने MTech की पढ़ाई के लिए लंदन जाने का फैसला लिया था, तब शायद किसी ने भी ये नहीं सोचा होगा कि एक दिन वे वहां काउंसलर और मेयर के पद तक पहुंच जाएंगे।

MTech के लिए लंदन गए थे

Rajkumar Mishra चंडीगढ़ से बीटेक की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद कम्प्यूटर साइंस में एमटेक करने के लिए लंदन गए थे। मेहनत और लगन के दम पर उन्हें वहीं नौकरी मिल गई। हालांकि, यह केवल एक करियर की शुरुआत नहीं थी, बल्कि यह उनके जीवन का एक नया मोड़ था।

Rajkumar Mishra: उनके मन में राजनीति के प्रति एक गहरी रुचि थी, और इसी कारण उन्होंने ब्रिटेन की नागरिकता लेने का फैसला लिया। दो महीने पहले उन्होंने लेबर पार्टी में शामिल होकर चुनावी राजनीति में कदम रखा। 37 साल के राजकुमार 6 मई को हुए स्थानीय चुनावों में लंदन के विक्टोरिया वार्ड से पार्षद चुने गए थे। मंगलवार, 13 मई को वार्षिक नगर परिषद की बैठक में Rajkumar Mishra वेलिंगबरो नगर परिषद के पांचवें मेयर चुने गए। राज मिश्रा कंजर्वेटिव पार्टी के सदस्य हैं। इंग्लैंड के ईस्ट मिडलैंड्स क्षेत्र का नॉर्थम्पटनशायर, इसी नॉर्थम्पटनशायर के वेलिंगबरो से राज मिश्रा को नया मेयर चुना गया है। इंग्लैंड में नगर परिषद के मेयर का चुनाव परिषद हर साल अपने निर्वाचित सदस्यों में से ही करती है। उनकी प्राथमिक भूमिका परिषद की बैठकों की अध्यक्षता करना, कामकाज का सही से संचालन सुनिश्चित करना और स्थायी आदेशों को लागू करना है।
यह उनके और उनके परिवार के लिए एक बड़ी सफलता है। जीत के बाद उन्होंने लंदन से एक वीडियो जारी कर अपनी जीत की जानकारी दी।

किसान के बेटे हैं Rajkumar Mishra

Rajkumar Mishra के घर पर खुशी का माहौल है। उनके परिजनों का कहना है कि वे किसान मुन्ना लाल मिश्रा के बेटे हैं और नौ भाई-बहनों में वे छठे नंबर पर हैं। राजकुमार के पिता मुन्नालाल मिश्रा बेहद सरल स्वभाव के व्यक्ति हैं और अपने पूरे परिवार के साथ सादगी के साथ रहते हैं। Rajkumar Mishra के पिता अपने पास आज भी मोबाइल नहीं रखते है। पिता मुन्ना लाल मिश्रा ने बताया कि मेयर बनने के बाद सबसे पहले बेटे ने मां को फोन कर जानकारी दी। उनकी मां ने कहा कि कभी सपने में भी नहीं सोचा था कि बेटा लंदन में मेयर बनेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि वह कभी-कभी घर पर आते हैं लेकिन यहां पर गर्मी ज्यादा होती है, जिसके चलते परिवार रह नही पाता। इस लिए वापस लंदन चले जाते हैं। उनके परिवार का मानना है कि इस सफलता में उनके परिवार की और उनके माता-पिता का बड़ा हाथ है।

Mithun Chakraborty BMC Notice: दिग्गज अभिनेता मिथुन चक्रवर्ती को बीएमसी ने कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया है। कथित रूप से एक गैर कानूनी निर्माण के चलते अभिनेता को यह नोटिस जारी किया गया है। बीएमसी ने अवैध निर्माण को लेकर जो नोटिस भेजी है उसमें जवाब के लिए सिर्फ 7 दिनों की मोहलत दी गयी है। बताया जा रहा है कि उन्हें यह नोटिस मुंबई के मलाड स्थित एरंगल गांव में कथित रूप से किए गए अवैध निर्माण को लेकर दिया गया है। BMC ने ये नोटिस 10 मई को जारी किया है। इस नोटिस में BMC ने मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत अवैध निर्माण का हवाला दिया गया है।

बीएमसी का आरोप है कि बिना अनुमति के ग्राउंड-प्लस-मेज़नाइन फ्लोर वाले दो स्ट्रक्चर, एक ग्राउंड फ्लोर का ढांचा और तीन अस्थायी 10×10 की यूनिट्स बनाई गई हैं। इन यूनिट्स में ईंट, लकड़ी की पट्टियां, कांच की दीवारें और एसी शीट्स की छतें इस्तेमाल की गई हैं, जो नियमों का उल्लंघन है। संतोषजनक स्पष्टीकरण ना मिल पाने की स्थिति में नागरिक निकाय ने चेतावनी दी है कि मालिक के जोखिम पर संरचना को ध्वस्त कर दिया जाएगा और कानूनी कार्रवाई भी हो सकती है। यह कदम बीएमसी द्वारा माध क्षेत्र में अवैध निर्माणों पर बड़ी कार्रवाई के हिस्से के रूप में उठाया गया है।

101 गैरकानूनी निर्माण की हुई है पहचान

अधिकारियों ने क्षेत्र में 101 गैरकानूनी निर्माण की पहचान की है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक बीएमसी सूत्रों ने बताया कि हीरा देवी मंदिर के पास हाल ही में किए गए निरीक्षण में पता चला है कि दो एक से अधिक मेजेनाइन मंजिला इमारतें, एक भूतल संरचना और तीन अस्थायी इकाइयां ईंटों, लकड़ी, कांच और एसी शीट से बनी थीं। कथित तौर पर इनका निर्माण संबंधित अधिकारियों से उचित प्राधिकरण के बिना किया गया था।

बीएमसी के इस नोटिस पर मिथुन चक्रवर्ती ने क्या कहा?

बीएमसी अधिनियम की धारा 475 ए के तहत उल्लंघन करने पर जुर्माना लग सकता है और यहां तक कि कारावास भी हो सकता है। आरोपों का जवाब देते हुए अभिनेता मिथुन चक्रवर्ती ने दावों से इनकार किया। उन्होंने कहा, मेरे पास कोई गैर कानूनी निर्माण नहीं है। कई लोगों को नोटिस भेजे गए हैं और हम अपने जवाब भेज रहे हैं।

India’s First Village Maana: चमोली जिले की सीमा पर स्थित भारत के प्रथम गांव माणा के केशव प्रयाग में 12 वर्षों बाद विधि-विधान के साथ पुष्कर कुंभ का आयोजन शुरु हो गया है, जिसे लेकर बद्रीनाथ धाम के साथ ही माणा गांव में बड़ी संख्या में तीर्थयात्रियों की आवाजाही बढ़ गई है। पुष्कर कुंभ के आयोजन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन के साथ पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से यहां तीर्थयात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए हैं।
इस संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का कहना है कि तीर्थ स्थल न केवल हमारी धार्मिक आस्था के केंद्र हैं, बल्कि ये देश की एकता और सांस्कृतिक एकजुटता के भी प्रतीक हैं। विभिन्न स्थानों से आने वाले श्रद्धालु इन स्थलों पर एकत्र होकर ‘एक भारत, श्रेष्ठ भारत’ की भावना को साकार करते हैं। इसी क्रम में माणा गांव में आयोजित पुष्कर कुंभ, उत्तर को दक्षिण से जोड़ रहा है।

 भारत के पहले गांव माणा का पौराणिक इतिहास

India’s First Village Maana: जिलाधिकारी श्री संदीप तिवारी ने बताया कि माणा गांव के केशव प्रयाग में आयोजित पुष्कर कुंभ को लेकर पैदल मार्ग का सुधारीकरण किया गया है। यहां पैदल मार्ग पर श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए विभिन्न भाषाओं में साइन बोर्ड लगाए गए हैं। इसके साथ ही कुंभ के सुचारु संचालन के लिए जहां पैदल मार्ग पर पुलिस की तैनाती की गई है, वहीं संगम तट पर SDRF के जवानों की तैनाती भी की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि तहसील प्रशासन को पुष्कर कुंभ के आयोजन को लेकर व्यवस्थाओं को सुचारु बनाए रखने के लिए नियमित मॉनीटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

हिन्दू धार्मिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार, माणा गांव के पास स्थित केशव प्रयाग में महर्षि वेदव्यास ने तपस्या करते हुए हिन्दू धर्म के पौराणिक ग्रंथ महाभारत की रचना की थी। यह भी कहा जाता है कि दक्षिण भारत के महान आचार्य रामानुजाचार्य और माध्वाचार्य ने इसी स्थान पर मां सरस्वती से ज्ञान प्राप्त किया था, जिसके चलते अपनी पौराणिक परंपराओं के संरक्षण के लिए लोग बद्रीनाथ धाम के समीप स्थित माणा गांव पहुंच कर केशव प्रयाग में स्नान कर पूजा अर्चना करते हैं। माणा गांव को पवित्र सरस्वती नदी के एकमात्र दर्शन स्थल के रूप में प्रसिद्धि प्राप्त है।

कहां हो रहा पुष्कर कुंभ

India’s First Village Maana: पुष्कर कुंभ उत्तराखंड के बद्रीनाथ धाम के पास मौजूद माणा गांव में हो रहा है। अलकनंदा और सरस्वती नदी के संगम पर एक बार फिर से भक्ति का सैलाब उमड़ रहा है। पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पोस्ट में लिखा कि श्री बद्रीनाथ धाम के पास भारत के पहले गांव माणा में 12 साल बाद पुष्कर कुंभ शुरू हुआ है। अलकनंदा और सरस्वती नदियों के पवित्र संगम पर आस्था का यह महान उत्सव हमारी सनातन परंपराओं की दिव्यता का जीवंत उदाहरण है। पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पुष्कर कुंभ के लिए आए श्रद्धालुओं का स्वागत भी किया। उन्होंने लिखा कि इस पावन अवसर पर पुष्कर कुंभ के लिए देवभूमि आए सभी श्रद्धालुओं का राज्य सरकार की ओर से हार्दिक स्वागत और अभिनंदन है।
India’s First Village Maana: इससे दो दिन पहले सीएम धामी अल्मोड़ा के लमगड़ा स्थित डोल आश्रम में श्री कल्याणिका हिमालय देवस्थानम ट्रस्ट के स्थापना महोत्सव कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए थे। यहां आश्रम में सीएम धामी ने कन्या पूजन कर मां राजेश्वरी का अभिषेक किया और देश के साथ प्रदेश की सुख-समृद्धि की कामना की। धामी ने कहा कि डोल आश्रम में उन्हें हमेशा दिव्यता का एहसास होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह आश्रम पूरे विश्व में भारत की सांस्कृतिक भक्ति का केंद्र बनेगा। पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि इस आश्रम की दिव्यता देखने के लिए भारत ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरी दुनिया से लोग उत्तराखंड आएंगे। यहां लोगों को शांति, आध्यात्म और संस्कृति जानने का मौका मिलेगा।
