The vocational training program is designed to bridge the skills gap in the healthcare, logistics and apparel sectors. Each course spans 200-250 hours, ensuring comprehensive skill development tailored to industry requirements. For those pursuing healthcare, the journey involves mastering essential skills like patient care, life support, and emergency response – skills that not only create employment opportunities but also enable them to serve their communities. The logistics training enables participants with expertise in transportation documentation, supply chain management, and warehouse operations. In Silvassa, an additional course on Sewing Machine Operation in the apparel sector will be introduced to further expand opportunities. These courses are specifically designed to meet the local job market needs. They will be able to provide placement opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, manufacturing companies, offices, and showrooms within the regions.
