Sikkim floods: 14 dead, 102 missing including 22 Indian Army soldiers and tourists stranded
At least 14 people have lost their lives while reportedly more than 102 others went missing after flash floods in the Teesta River basin triggered by a cloudburst over Lhonak Lake in North Sikkim on Wednesday.
