Furthermore, the authorities have also recovered crucial evidence from the crime scene, including an empty syringe and a helmet left behind by the attackers. Autopsy Report
However, despite suspicions of poisoning, the initial autopsy report did not confirm the presence of any toxic substance inside Yadav’s body. The police informed that “the viscera of the 66-year-old leader have been preserved and will be sent to a forensic lab for a detailed report. The case is being treated as a “blind murder” since no eyewitnesses have come forward”.
Circle Officer Deepak Tiwari said, “ Yadav was being taken to Aligarh for treatment but died on the way. So far, no formal complaint has been received from the victim’s family. A police team has been deployed to investigate the case”.

Following Yadav’s murder, the opposition Congress Party came heavily on the BJP government. They called the incident an evidence of “Ravan Rajya” (lawlessness) under the ruling party. Meanwhile, the UP police have assured swift action, with Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Bishnoi stating that they have gathered key leads and will arrest the culprits soon.
