Dubai International Airport, one of the busiest globally, temporarily halted operations due to debris from a drone intercepted by UAE air defenses landing on the runway, causing significant disruption. Visuals captured smoke rising from the airport area. Additionally, the Al-Dhafra Air Base, utilized by U.S. forces, faced an attack for the second time in a week, with Iranian state media asserting that a U.S. air combat center, satellite communication hub, and radar systems were targeted during the drone strikes.

In a separate incident, Qatar successfully thwarted a ballistic missile attack, while Saudi Arabia reported intercepting 16 drones that were reportedly aimed at the Shaybah oil field, one of the largest in the region. As the conflict escalates, the United States is set to deploy a third aircraft carrier, the USS George HW Bush, to the Middle East.
