Where is Bondi Shooter locked?
The only surviving shooter Naveed Karam is locked at Goulburn supermax prison, confirmed solicitor Ben Archbold, handling Naveed’s case. Archbold said, “Everyone knows that [Goulburn’s] supermax has very onerous conditions, and that’s where people who [allegedly] commit these crimes are,”.
The attorney Archbold hinted that it would be a bit early to say what plea Akram would enter. He further elaborated that proceedings can continue till 2027. The attorney further shared that prosecutors have yet not submitted a brief of evidence and Naveed has not given any interviews to the police, however the process has been initiated. “He’s just a client, and he’s a client that needs to be represented, and we don’t let our personal view get in the way of our professional obligations,” Archbold said.
