The All India Representative Assembly of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is scheduled to take place at the Gram Vikas and Seva Sadhna Kendra, located in Samalkha, Haryana. This significant event is set for March 13 to 15. According to an official statement, the gathering will occur on Yugabda 5127, Vikram Samvat 2082, specifically during the Chaitra Krishna Dashami and Ekadashi days.

Significance of the Assembly

This year’s assembly is particularly notable as it marks the 100th anniversary of the RSS. The meeting will review experiences and reports from various initiatives and campaigns that have been organized to celebrate this centenary milestone. Activities such as the Vijayadashami celebrations, outreach programs at households, Hindu conferences, youth gatherings, significant citizen meetings, and social harmony events held throughout the country will be discussed.

Agenda of the Assembly

The assembly will evaluate the activities conducted by the Sangh throughout 2025-26. It is expected to showcase important work carried out in diverse states. Key discussions will focus on the national context, and it is likely that resolutions on significant matters will be passed during the sessions. Additionally, special attention will be directed toward social transformation initiatives, particularly the ‘Panch Parivartan’ (five-point transformation) campaign.

Training Programs and Future Plans

During the assembly, plans for the Sangh Shiksha Varg and other training programs, including Karyakarta Vikas Varg, will be outlined. The organizational strategy for the upcoming year will also be finalized at this gathering.

Key officials such as RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, along with co-Sarkaryavahs, executive committee members, and other senior leaders will participate in the assembly. A total of 1,489 delegates, comprising elected representatives and significant state and regional office-bearers, are anticipated to attend. Representatives from 32 organizations inspired by the Sangh, including national presidents, general secretaries, and organization ministers, will also be present.

Statements from RSS Leadership

On a related note, RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale emphasized a moment of “golden opportunity” for India to reclaim its global esteem many decades post-Independence. He asserted that as long as society stands united in the “Hindu spirit,” no external force can undermine the nation. Highlighting the sacrifices made by ancestors in safeguarding Hindu culture and society, he remarked on India’s swift advancements in technology, science, and economic development amidst various challenges posed by other countries.
