The CSR Journal Magazine

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has announced a general advisory for attendees of the India AI Impact Summit 2026, which is set to take place on February 17, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The advisory includes critical details about venue timings, entry points, parking, and security measures to ensure the efficient management of the summit. The summit will operate at the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre, Bharat Mandapam Expo Arena, and Sushma Swaraj Bhawan, all open from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on the day of the event. Delegates are encouraged to plan their arrival accordingly to avoid last-minute hassles.

Entry Points and Transportation Recommendations

Registered participants are advised to use public transportation, including metro or taxi services, as parking spaces are limited. At Bharat Mandapam, the following entry gates will be available: Gate No. 4 and Gate No. 7, both opening at 8:00 AM for drop-offs, as well as Gate No. 10, which is specifically for metro users. Access through other gates may be subject to security checks and necessary movement restrictions, in line with established protocols.

Parking and Shuttle Services

For those who wish to drive, limited self-parking options will be accessible at several nearby locations: Purana Qila Parking, approximately 1.6 kilometers away, Delhi Zoo Parking, around 3 kilometers distant, and JLN Stadium Parking, about 4.8 kilometers from the venue. Shuttle services will run from these parking facilities to Gate No. 04 of Bharat Mandapam. Additionally, delegates can make use of designated golf carts for convenience within the complex for navigating between various venues.

Access Guidelines for Sushma Swaraj Bhawan

Delegates attending sessions held at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan will be permitted entry through Gate No. 2, which accommodates pedestrians, metro users, and self-driven vehicles. Consistent with recommendations for accessing Bharat Mandapam, the use of public transport is highly suggested for ease and efficiency.

Security and Compliance Measures

All registered delegates, including speakers, invitees, and stakeholders, are urged to adhere to the revised access protocols issued by the authorities. Cooperation with security personnel and traffic teams is essential to ensure a smooth and secure experience during the summit. The advisory aims to facilitate the effective management of this significant technology event within the national capital, emphasizing the importance of compliance with on-site instructions for all attendees.
