A man in Telangana’s Karimnagar district is accused of poisoning and drowning his four-year-old twin daughters. The tragic incident occurred on February 1, 2025, and has shocked the local community. The accused, Kachhu Srisailam, allegedly committed the act following ongoing frustration and disputes with his wife over the birth of daughters instead of a son.

Srisailam’s relationship with his wife reportedly deteriorated in the six years since their marriage, particularly after the birth of their children, Geethanshi and Geethanvika.
