Air India surprised its passengers in the most amazing way for Christmas. In a viral video shared on Instagram, passengers waiting at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport at the baggage carousel were surprised by the gesture of the airline. While passengers were waiting for their suitcases, instead they received boxes of gifts lined up on the conveyor belt. And adding to the festive mood, a Santa Claus was also walking around, cheering and wishing passengers a Merry Christmas.

Social media users joked and wrote, “Imagine the other airline passengers waiting to collect luggage from different belts. Sad.” Some users also inquired what the gift was.
