It is being reported that actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna recently became engaged in a small private ceremony attended by only family and close friends. Sources say their wedding is planned for February 2026, though both stars have remained silent publicly.

Rashmika’s latest Instagram post where she appears in a traditional saree sparked buzz among fans speculating it was related to the engagement. The images quickly went viral, amplifying excitement around the news.

On Dussehra, Rashmika posted a picture adorned in ethnic attire and a tilak on her forehead, writing, “Happy Dussehra my loves…This year, I’m feeling extra grateful because of all the love you’ve been showering on the Thamma trailer and our song…Your messages, your excitement, your constant support you make every moment bigger and happier for me And I can’t wait to see you all super sooooon during the promotions.”

So far, neither Vijay nor Rashmika has publicly addressed the rumors. Though they have been seen holidaying together, both continue to guard their privacy when it comes to their personal life.

On the professional front, Rashmika’s next release is Thamma, a horror-comedy co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal, slated for October 21, 2025. Vijay recently appeared in the spy-action thriller Kingdom (2025).
