Upon searching the house, he discovered his partner, Ram Babu Yadav, sexually assaulting his daughter. In a fit of rage, the father immediately attacked Yadav, stabbing him several times in the genitals. The father then alerted the local police, who arrived at the scene shortly after.

Following the attack, police detained Ram Babu Yadav, who was then admitted to a medical facility for treatment. The survivor, the young girl, was immediately sent for a medical examination to gather evidence as part of the ongoing investigation. Authorities have filed a case based on the father’s complaint, and the accused has been charged with rape.

Relationship Between the Father and Accused

The two men had been living together as a couple for several years, with the father having separated from his wife due to his sexual orientation. The young girl had recently moved in with her father. Both men were employed in the same area, Yadav worked as a laborer, while the father worked as a dancer at a local orchestra. The police confirmed that Yadav had acknowledged the homosexual relationship between the two.

“The complainant informed the police station that his minor daughter had been raped. On this information, Khukhundu police immediately took cognisance, took the accused into custody, and on the basis of the father’s complaint, registered a case under relevant sections and sent the survivor for medical examination. Notably, the survivor’s father and the accused both work together and live together. Necessary legal action is underway,” Additional Superintendent of Police Sunil Kumar Singh said.
