The Crew Returns with ‘Dhamaal 4’; Star-Studded Comedy Set for Eid 2026 Release

The much-loved Dhamaal franchise is making a grand comeback with its fourth film, Dhamaal 4, scheduled to hit cinemas during Eid 2026. Directed by Indra Kumar, who has helmed all previous entries in the series, the film promises to deliver another round of hilarious chaos, zany adventures, and madcap action.

Shooting for the comedy entertainer began in March this year, with the initial schedule being filmed amidst the scenic landscapes of Malshej Ghat. Actor Ajay Devgn, who joined the franchise in Total Dhamaal (2019), announced on April 10 that the Malshej Ghat leg had wrapped, and filming had now moved to Mumbai. Sharing behind-the-scenes moments with the cast, Devgn captioned his post: “The madness is BACK! #Dhamaal4 kicks off with a bang Malshej Ghat schedule wrapped, Mumbai schedule rolling! Let the laughter riot begin!”

A social media update from the makers recently confirmed the film’s release window, delighting fans. The official post read, “Get ready to laugh till it hurts! #Dhamaal4 storms theatres on Eid 2026, don’t miss the madness!” Along with the announcement, they shared a group photo of the cast, reigniting the franchise buzz online.

The Stars Included You Need to Know

Featuring a dynamic ensemble, Dhamaal 4 stars Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, and Jaaved Jaaferi actors who have become synonymous with the series’ signature brand of comedy. New additions include Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkar, and Ravi Kishan, all set to bring fresh flavor to the narrative. There are also reports that Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit, who joined the cast in Total Dhamaal, will return for the latest instalment.

The original Dhamaal hit screens in 2007, starring Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Sanjay Dutt, and Ashish Chaudhary. Its success led to Double Dhamaal (2011), which added Kangana Ranaut and Mallika Sherawat to the ensemble. Total Dhamaal in 2019 expanded the universe further by roping in stars like Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Esha Gupta, and Boman Irani alongside Devgn.

Dhamaal 4 is a joint venture by T-Series Films, Devgn Films, Maruti International, and Panorama Studios. The project is produced by an extensive team including Ajay Devgn, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Indra Kumar, Anand Pandit, and Kumar Mangat Pathak.

In addition to Dhamaal 4, Ajay Devgn has a packed slate ahead. He will next appear in Son of Sardaar 2, directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, sharing the screen with Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Mrunal Thakur, Juhi Chawla, Sanjay Mishra, Ravi Kishan, and Kubbra Sait. He’s also part of Luv Ranjan’s De De Pyaar De 2 alongside Rakul Preet Singh and R. Madhavan. Devgn recently made headlines by launching the Hindi trailer of Karate Kid: Legends, in which he has lent his voice along with his son, Yug Devgan.

With Dhamaal 4, the franchise promises to scale new heights of humor and spectacle, continuing its legacy as a family-friendly laugh riot. As fans count down to its Eid 2026 release, expectations are sky-high for what might be the craziest chapter yet in the beloved comedy saga.
