Realme has officially launched the Realme C83 5G in India, an addition to its budget smartphone lineup aimed at consumers looking for reliable performance without a hefty price tag. The device is equipped with a substantial 7,000 mAh battery and starts at a price of Rs 13,499. This launch follows the introduction of the Realme Narzo Power, which features a larger 10,001 mAh battery. The Realme C83 seeks to capture the interest of budget-conscious customers wanting long-lasting battery life. It will be available for purchase on Flipkart and comes in two distinct colors.

Display and Performance Features

The Realme C83 boasts a 6.7-inch LCD display that offers a refresh rate of 144Hz along with a peak brightness of 900 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which is constructed on a 6nm process for enhanced efficiency. Users can choose from two RAM options—4GB or 6GB LPDDR4X—and from two storage options of 64GB or 128GB. The substantial 7,000 mAh battery supports 15W wired charging alongside 5W reverse charging, with a commitment from Realme that users will experience smooth performance for up to four years.

For photography, the Realme C83 features a rear camera equipped with a 13-megapixel sensor, while a 5-megapixel front camera serves for selfies, allowing for video recording at up to 1080p30 FPS. The smartphone operates on Realme UI 7.0, which is based on Android 16. To maintain stable performance levels, the device includes a 5,334mm Airflow VC cooling system. For added convenience, buyers have the option for interest-free EMI plans lasting up to six months. The smartphone is set to be available from March 7 on both Flipkart and the Realme online store, with options of Blooming Purple and Sprouting Green colors.
