The fire erupted in a three-story residential building located in the Brijeshwari Annexe locality, rapidly spreading and resulting in seven fatalities. Upon receiving reports, fire services promptly deployed teams to the location to begin rescue operations. Indore Commissioner of Police, Santosh Kumar Singh, detailed the swift response of firefighters, who worked diligently to control the blaze, stating that while three individuals were rescued, seven tragically lost their lives.
