In a disturbing incident in Bhopal, an 11th-grade minor student was reportedly subjected to sexual assault inside four different vehicles, drawing attention to serious allegations of blackmail and extortion. The police have confiscated four cars linked to the case, including a Thar SUV. The primary suspect, Ausaf Ali Khan, was taken into custody on February 3 and is currently incarcerated. His accomplice, Maj Khan, who operates a gym in the area, was apprehended on February 8 and is now under police custody at Kohefiza until February 13.

Special Investigation Team Formed

In response to the severity of the allegations, the Police Commissioner established a Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by Assistant Commissioner of Police Ankita Khatrakar. The team is conducting a thorough investigation, uncovering details that suggest the minor was assaulted at multiple locations within four distinct cars. Reports indicate that Maj Khan revealed during interrogation that Ausaf Ali Khan assaulted the victim inside a Thar SUV located in the Khanugaon area while he remained outside, allegedly filming the act with an iPhone through the vehicle’s window.

Allegations of Extortion and Threats

The suspects are believed to have shared the recorded footage among themselves, subsequently threatening the victim to make it public unless she paid them Rs 40,000. Additionally, they are accused of coercing her into repeated physical relations. Authorities confirmed that one of the vehicles used in the crime was discovered concealed in a village in Sehore district and has since been seized. However, the iPhone utilized to record the incident has not yet been located.

Connections and Suspensions

During the investigation, officials found that Maj Khan was allegedly connected to a head constable stationed at the Kohefiza police station, who is suspected of leaking sensitive information related to the case. Following these revelations, the head constable has been suspended pending further review. The SIT is pursuing a comprehensive examination of all aspects related to this serious matter.
