Landmark Group Names Pankaj Pal Management Advisor for Strategic Growth

Delhi-NCR real estate developer Landmark Group has appointed industry veteran Pankaj Pal as Management Advisor as the company looks to strengthen its growth strategy across residential and commercial projects.

Pal to Drive Key Business Strategies

In his new role, Pal will work closely with the company’s senior leadership on business expansion, project planning, funding strategies, brand development, sales and revenue growth.

His appointment comes as Landmark Group seeks to expand its presence across key micro-markets in the Delhi-NCR region.

Over Three Decades of Real Estate Experience

Pal brings more than 30 years of experience in the Indian real estate sector. He holds a degree in Architecture and Planning from IIT Kharagpur and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from the All India Management Association (AIMA).

During his career, Pal has held senior positions at several major real estate companies. His previous roles include Managing Director at Whiteland Corporation, Group Executive Director at AIPL, Chief Sales Officer at M3M India and Ireo, and Executive Director of Sales and Corporate Finance at Vatika Group.

He has also previously served as Executive Director at Landmark Group, giving him familiarity with the company’s operations and business strategy.

Leadership Welcomes Pal Back

Landmark Group Founder and Chairman Sandeep Chhillar welcomed Pal’s return, saying his experience in architectural planning, capital strategy and large-scale execution would support the company’s next phase of growth.

Chhillar said Pal’s strategic guidance would help the group strengthen project standards, create greater value for stakeholders and enhance customer-focused development.

Pal Highlights Industry Opportunities

Pal said he was pleased to rejoin Landmark Group in an advisory capacity at a time when India’s real estate sector is experiencing strong growth.

He said the industry requires a combination of architectural innovation, financial discipline and customer-focused execution, adding that he would work with the leadership team to streamline strategic initiatives, strengthen the brand and improve revenue across the company’s portfolio.

With Pal’s appointment, Landmark Group aims to leverage his industry expertise as it expands its residential and commercial development footprint across Delhi-NCR.
