Another traveller, Deepak, who had booked his tickets well in advance, remarked on the smooth transition despite initially being inconvenienced by the track damage. He appreciated the efficient bus service between Kalka and Dharampur, which allowed them to continue their journey without significant delays. Deepak emphasised that this trip had been a lifelong dream, and finally realising it meant much to him.
