A very shocking incident has come to light from Andhra Pradesh’s Kadapa district. The horrific incident occurred in Kambaladinne village, Mylavaram mandal, in Andhra Pradesh. Here, a three-year-old girl was brutally raped and murdered by a man. The alleged perpetrator, identified as Rahamatulla, was caught by vigilant villagers. The accused was immediately handed over to the police.

Minor lured into bushes with banana

The horrifying crime occurred on Friday while the victim’s parents were in Kambaladinne for a relative’s wedding. The family belongs to Proddatur town’s Armuth Nagar. Taking advantage of the incident, Rahamatulla allegedly approached the naive child. This came while she was playing outside the Kalyanamandapam. The accused offered the girl a banana as an enticement.

Then he took her to a remote, and secluded place near the bushes where he did the unimaginable. The man brutally raped the innocent child. Out of fear that the child would tell her parents the graphic details, the accused allegedly killed the girl by pressing her throat.

Manhunt launched

When the parents realized their daughter had vanished from the marriage venue, they launched a frantic search. The parents searched the entire neighborhood with the assistance of family members, growing more and more anxious by every second.

Soon the girl’s lifeless body was found in thorny bushes in an abandoned area near the house. Following the discovery their worst nightmares came true. The villagers took immediate action after the startling discovery.

Community Apprehends Suspect

The local community quickly alerted the nearby police station about the incident. They further launched a manhunt to capture the culprit. The villagers soon identified and caught Rahamatulla after discovering the body. The accused was then immediately handed over to the Mylavaram police.

The police promptly arrived on the scene, officers secured the area and took the child’s body for a postmortem examination to a hospital. A case has been filed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, and the accused has been placed under arrest.
