The standard monthly fee for Google AI Plus in India is Rs 399, making the total value of the one-year offer approximately Rs 4,800. This strategic move by Google is coupled with the introduction of numerous educational features designed to enhance the learning experience for students.

The free access plan includes features such as Gemini Omni, which provides double the usage limits and 400GB of cloud storage. Moreover, Google is integrating various AI-driven learning tools into both Gemini and Google Search, creating a more interactive environment for academic engagement.

A standout feature of Gemini is the newly introduced student hub. It consolidates multiple study tools into a single platform. Students can utilise study notebooks, flashcards, and practice quizzes, all designed to enhance their academic performance effectively.

Additionally, the system can arrange diagnostic quizzes to identify areas of difficulty, subsequently creating tailored lesson plans and quizzes to assist in overcoming these challenges.

Google has also unveiled interactive visualisation tools that can enhance comprehension of complex topics. For instance, instead of merely reading theoretical content, students can request Gemini to create dynamic 3D simulations demonstrating key concepts, such as the workings of DNA.

Another noteworthy feature is Gemini Live’s Deep Research capability, which allows students to initiate a research project, pause their work, and return later when Gemini has completed the report. This facilitates a more conversational approach to discussing research findings, enabling students to pose follow-up questions easily.
