Originally owned by legendary Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, the property was passed down to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in the 1980s. Now, Ranbir and Alia are set to continue the legacy by making it their family home.

The bungalow has reportedly been named in honor of Ranbir’s grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor and is expected to be registered in their daughter Raha’s name, symbolizing a heartfelt gift from the couple to their child.
