Delhi Police Bursts Interstate Adulterated Paneer Racket

The police in Delhi NCR got a truck carrying 14 quintals of adulterated paneer at Noida Sector 63 on Friday night. The Mahindra truck caught the attention of the local police, and when the team inspected the vehicle, they got to know about an illegal interstate racket that has been running for at least six months now. The racket would pump adult-rated Paneer into Delhi NCR food markets.

After the police got the truck, the 32-year-old driver from Aligarh’s Shajapur village, Gulfam, was taken for questioning. The driver led the police to a plant in Sahajpur by the next morning, where the Paneer was being produced.

In the matter, the police have also arrested three men, including 36-year-old Guddu alias Rish, 30-year-old Ikhlaq, and 20-year-old Naved. The three distributors of the adult-rated Paneer, along with the driver arrested, belong to the same region in Aligarh, according to the police official.
