Massive Fire at Delhi Apartment Kills Man and Two Children

In a desperate attempt to escape the fire, the man and his two children tried to jump from one of the floors of the building, but could not save their lives.

According to a fire official, the call regarding the blaze was reported at 10:01am, and eight fire tenders were dispatched into service. Firefighting operations were currently underway, and authorities were working to bring the situation under control. The police, fire department and ambulance were at the spot.

The fire department said the cause of the fire still remains unknown. Officials said further information will be provided at as relief operations are complete. Residents in the area were asked to stay clear of the site to allow emergency services to operate properly.
