Moutushi Sengupta is the Country Director at MacArthur Foundation. The foundation supports creative people, effective institutions to build a more just, verdant, and peaceful world. In her conversation with The CSR Journal she says, “Philanthropy has become much more selective. I am very enthused about the act. But before we have a regulatory body, we need to get our implementation model right.” Prior to joining MacArthur, she worked with Oxfam India, a rights-based organization that fights poverty and injustice.
