Tenon Group of Companies, global leaders in Integrated facility management and security services recently contributed to Goonj with their clothes donation drive.
Goonj, a Non-Profit organization recently held their campaign where they made a comprehensive kit with winter essentials like woollens, blankets, mats and other material, given to people not as charity but with dignity. This year, Tenon Group of Companies donated clothes worth 15 lakh which benefitted over 500 people across 6 remote villages of Uttar Pradesh & Odisha.

Major Manjit Rajain from Tenon Group says, “ We believe in giving back to the community where we live and work. I am glad Tenon was able to contribute towards this noble cause of Goonj who are always supporting those who are vulnerable. Spokesperson of Goonj says: “Last year was a tough year, especially for thousands affected by the cyclones, floods and the long-tailed pandemic across the country. In absence of bare minimum necessities, the homeless, labourers and people in remote villages had to bear the increased brunt of the harsh winters. We are extremely thankful to Major Rajain and the entire team of Tenon Group of Companies who participated and made a difference in the lives of many people we have been able to reach out to via these resources. We urge other members of the corporate sector, like the Tenon Group to come forward and get involved with our outreach.”
