Siddhant Mohite, Founder and President of OYE- Organisation for the Youth & Elderly. The 21 years old  wanted to do social work since the age of 11, but no one allowed him as he was too young. OYE today has a large audience on social media, 3000 OYEsters, and a lot of support from the youth. “Most communication happens on social media and rarely on the field. We have never created a social media strategy”, says Mohite. There are only volunteers and no employees.His organisation functions in 23 states of India & 6 countries around the globe.     Thank you for watching the video until the very end.
