MHADA के उपाध्यक्ष और CEO संजीव जयसवाल (IAS Sanjeev Jaiswal) के हाथों इस योजना का “Go Live” किया गया। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 30 मार्च 2026 दोपहर 3 बजे से शुरू हो चुका है। आवेदन करने की आखिरी तारीख 29 अप्रैल 2026 रात 11:59 बजे तक है। डिपॉजिट जमा करने की अंतिम तारीख 30 अप्रैल 2026 है। फाइनल लॉटरी ड्रॉ 15 मई 2026 को सुबह 11 बजे होगा।

किसे कितने फ्लैट्स मिलेंगे? (Income Group Wise Flats)

इस योजना में सभी आय वर्गों के लिए फ्लैट्स रखे गए हैं EWS (Economically Weaker Section) के लिए 145 फ्लैट्स, LIG (Lower Income Group) के लिए 858 फ्लैट्स, MIG (Middle Income Group) के लिए 1408 फ्लैट्स, और HIG (Higher Income Group) के लिए 229 फ्लैट्स उपलब्ध हैं। यानी सबसे ज्यादा फायदा मिडिल क्लास को मिलने वाला है।

जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट और पात्रता (Eligibility Criteria Mumbai MHADA Flats)

इस लॉटरी में आवेदन करने के लिए आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, डोमिसाइल सर्टिफिकेट (कम से कम 15 साल महाराष्ट्र में रहने का प्रमाण) और इनकम प्रूफ जरूरी है। इनकम लिमिट भी तय की गई है EWS के लिए 6 लाख तक, LIG के लिए 9 लाख तक, MIG के लिए 12 लाख तक और HIG के लिए 12 लाख से ज्यादा आय वाले लोग आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

आवेदन पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन होगा। इसके लिए MHADA की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट और मोबाइल ऐप “Mhada Housing Lottery System” का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। Android और iOS दोनों प्लेटफॉर्म पर यह ऐप उपलब्ध है। MHADA ने साफ कहा है कि उसने किसी भी एजेंट या ब्रोकर को नियुक्त नहीं किया है। इसलिए किसी भी दलाल या प्रॉपर्टी एजेंट के चक्कर में न पड़ें। आवेदन की पूरी प्रक्रिया खुद ही करें, वरना धोखाधड़ी का शिकार हो सकते हैं।
