Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday targeted Mamata Banerjee’s TMC government during his West Bengal tour and described the Mamata Banerjee government as the biggest obstacle of Bengal’s development. He said that the day the TMC government’s wall will fall, from the same day Bengal will gain a new speed of development. “Remember, the TMC government will go, only then the real change will come,” said Modi.

Modi also alleges, In rape-murder of doctor in RG Kar hospital, TMC tried to shield culprits. He also attacked TMC government mentioning recent rape case at Kasba law college where main accused who arrested is also a TMC students leader.

Modi and 5400 crore project

Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of Rs 5,400 crore projects. While addressing the huge gathering at Durgapur, Modi said, “Our Durgapur, Steel City is a major centre of India’s labor force. Durgapur has a big role in the development of India and today we have got an opportunity to strengthen this role.” He said that all these projects will strengthen the connectivity here and will strengthen gas-based transport and economy.

Attacking the Bengal government, the Prime Minister said, “We have to get Bengal out of this bad phase, Bengal, want to change, Bengal wants development. Today the projects that have started here are symbols of this, people used to come here for employment from all over the country, but today the situation completely reversed. Today the youth of West Bengal is forced to flee. For small work, he has to go towards other states.

Modi is lying, said TMC

TMC spokesperson Kunal Ghosh said, “We are hesitating to say that Prime Minister is lying. But it is true that, Modi intetionally gave lie information. Why Prime Minister came Bengal with empty hand? Bengal have 1 crore 70 lakh thousand crore due from central government. Which is known due. But, Prime Minister promised unknown five thousand crore rupees. We don’t know these projects when will be completed or at all will be completed.”

Kunal Ghosh also said, “Modi spoke on Poriborton but actually he is Changed. From Jai Shri Ram to Jai Ma Durga and Jai Maa Kali shows that Modi has been changed by Bengal and Didi.”
