It’s Not Always Necessary To Be Rich To Help Others: Palak Muchhal, Award Winning Playback Singer And Philanthropist
You know her as the voice behind hits like Meri Aashiqui and O Khuda, or as the judge on The Voice India Kids. However, Palak Muchhal has also been a saviour for over 1,500 kids whose heart surgery she raised funds for.
“It’s not always necessary to be rich to help others. When I started collecting funds for children who need heart surgery, I was singing atop a vegetable cart! Even a smile can make someone’s day. Focus on the intention of being of use to somebody and you will find an outlet. It’s some other level of happiness!” said Bollywood playback singer Palak Muchhal in conversation with The CSR Journal.
