New Delhi, India: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, in collaboration with the RVNL Women Welfare Organisation, successfully organized a powerful and inspiring motivational session for its employees on Friday, 23rd May 2025, at Ashoka Hall, Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi. The session was led by Captain Yashika Hatwal Tyagi, a decorated Kargil War veteran, President’s Award recipient, and renowned warrior mindset coach.
The session, titled “Motivational Session & Transformation,” was aimed at fostering leadership, emotional resilience, and a sense of purpose among RVNL employees. Captain Tyagi, who is widely recognized for her talks on military-inspired leadership and high-performance thinking, shared profound insights from her years in the armed forces and her personal journey of overcoming challenges both on and off the battlefield.
Her engaging address emphasized the importance of developing a warrior mindset, being open to learning, unlearning, and relearning, and continuously striving to become a better version of oneself. She encouraged the audience to embrace humility by remaining open-minded, acknowledging that one does not always have all the answers. With an empowering message to “Lead the Transition,” Captain Tyagi reminded the participants that transformational change begins with individual initiative and courage.
Among her many takeaways, she urged the attendees to “Dare to Dream” and believe that only those dreams pursued with determination and action can truly come to life.

On this occasion Captain Tyagi was felicitated by presenting a shawl by Mrs Meenu Gaur and Mrs Neetu Singh.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from RVNL employees along with their spouses and young children including outstation Project Implementation Units (PIUs) who joined via live stream.
