Xiaomi also contributed to the market by launching its flagship models, the Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra, alongside Apple’s iPhone 17e.

April is poised to be another active month for smartphone launches in India, with major companies gearing up to reveal new models. Brands such as OnePlus, Realme, Vivo, and Redmi are expected to showcase their latest offerings, generating considerable excitement among tech enthusiasts.

Realme 16 Confirmed for April 2 Launch

Realme is set to launch the Realme 16 on April 2 at 12 PM. The device features a 6.57-inch display and maintains a slim profile at 8.1mm, weighing 183 grams. It will be equipped with a robust 7,000mAh battery, comparable to its predecessor, the Realme 15. The smartphone supports 60W fast charging and is marketed with a claim of having up to six years of battery durability. The global version is anticipated to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Turbo chipset.

Vivo V70 FE Launch on April 2

Vivo will also unveil the Vivo V70 FE on April 2. This smartphone is expected to boast a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 1,900 nits. For its camera system, the device is expected to include a 200-megapixel main camera alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, it will sport a 50-megapixel punch-hole camera suited for selfies. The Vivo V70 FE will come with a 7,000mAh battery supporting 90W wired fast charging.

Redmi Note 15 SE Expected on April 2

Redmi is also anticipated to join the lineup on April 2 with the Redmi Note 15 SE. The device is rumored to feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness up to 3,200 nits. It is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. For photography, it may include a 108-megapixel primary rear camera coupled with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, along with a 20-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is likely to carry a 5,520mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

OnePlus Nord 6 Scheduled for April 7

OnePlus has confirmed the launch of the OnePlus Nord 6 on April 7 at 7 PM IST. This smartphone will feature an impressive 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery along with 80W SUPERVOOC charging, allowing for more than two days of usage on a single charge. The OnePlus Nord 6 is set to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4nm process, and is expected to be available with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Additionally, it will include a G2 Wi-Fi chip and support for advanced 5G connectivity.

Oppo Find X9 Ultra Planned for April 21

Oppo has announced the global launch of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra on April 21, although details regarding its India release remain unconfirmed. While specific specifications have yet to be disclosed, leaks indicate the device may feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a battery larger than 7,000mAh.
