Ai+ Launches Nxt Quantum OS with Enhanced Privacy Features

The CSR Journal Magazine

Ai+ has unveiled its new operating system, Nxt Quantum OS version 1.1, designed to bolster privacy measures and provide users with enhanced control over application access to their devices and data. The software affirms its commitment to data sovereignty by ensuring that all application data traffic is handled through local infrastructure hosted in India.

The Nxt Quantum OS enforces stringent controls over data flow, guaranteeing that 100 per cent of application data remains within Indian borders. It achieves this through automated assessments of source rules across over 1,000 connections and 172 distinct destination IP addresses, thereby ensuring perimeter security and user data safety.

Significantly, any external data traffic is strictly limited to essential Google core services routed to California and Singapore, which are necessary for standard operating procedures. This approach prioritises the integrity of user data while reinforcing the commitment to privacy outlined in the Nxt Quantum OS framework.

Improving User Control with NxtPrivacy Dashboard

The introduction of the NxtPrivacy Dashboard marks a pivotal enhancement in user experience, consolidating application permissions into a single, user-friendly interface. This development allows users to easily review, modify, and revoke permissions, thereby increasing their ability to manage how applications interact with device resources and personal information.

Additionally, the new OS provides improved visibility regarding background activities, allowing users to comprehend when applications access sensitive device functions outside of their active usage. Privacy alerts are included to pinpoint permissions that may be excessive or unnecessary, empowering users to make informed choices about their data privacy.

According to Madhav Sheth, the CEO of NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, the essence of technology will be determined not by its capabilities but by the level of trust it inspires among users. This philosophy is central to the development of Nxt Quantum OS, reflecting a deeper commitment to user-centric technology.

Commitment to Transparency and Community Feedback

The recent updates are part of a broader strategy by NxtQuantum to create a technology platform where privacy, security, and user control are integral to the overall software experience. This commitment to transparency is further underscored by Project Open Review 2.0, which allows reviewers, journalists, technology enthusiasts, and ethical hackers to rigorously evaluate Ai+ devices and offer feedback prior to their launch.

NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, founded by Madhav Sheth, is an Indian deep-tech enterprise dedicated to building secure and sovereign digital platforms for a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The organisation is committed to developing Nxt Quantum OS, described as India’s first sovereign operating system, designed and engineered to contribute to India’s technological competitiveness on a global scale.

Ai+ Smartphone is positioned as a next-generation brand leveraging Nxt Quantum OS to deliver high-performance mobile experiences. With a focus on reliable design, extended battery life, and trusted software performance, the brand aims to provide accessible technology without sacrificing user experience. By redefining smartphones and launching AIoT products, Ai+ is creating a standard for immersive, trustworthy, and accessible technology for the future, with a strong foundation in privacy and equitable access.
