लंपी वायरस की रोकथाम के लिए तैनात टीमें प्रभावित और संभावित क्षेत्रों में लगातार निगरानी कर रही हैं। ये टीमें गांवों में जाकर पशुओं के स्वास्थ्य की जांच के साथ पशुपालकों को बीमारी के लक्षण और बचाव के तरीके भी बता रही हैं। संदिग्ध मामला सामने आने पर संबंधित पशु चिकित्सा टीम को तत्काल सक्रिय किया जा रहा है। पशुपालकों को संक्रमित पशुओं को स्वस्थ पशुओं से अलग रखने की सलाह दी जा रही है, ताकि संक्रमण के फैलाव को कम किया जा सके। पशुधन विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव मुकेश मेश्राम ने प्रभावित जिलों में विशेष सतर्कता बरतने और नियंत्रण उपायों को प्रभावी तरीके से लागू करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

लंपी स्किन डिजीज की रोकथाम के लिए प्रभावित और संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में रिंग वैक्सीनेशन समेत व्यापक टीकाकरण अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। अब तक 16 लाख से ज्यादा पशुओं को वैक्सीन दी जा चुकी है। विभाग ने पशु चिकित्सकों को निर्धारित समय पर चिकित्सालयों में मौजूद रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके अलावा गांवों में शिविर लगाकर टीकाकरण को तेज करने पर भी जोर दिया गया है। पशु सखी, पैरावेट और मैत्री को जरूरी प्रशिक्षण देने तथा टीकाकरण को अधिकतम स्तर तक पहुंचाने की तैयारी की जा रही है। अभियान की नियमित समीक्षा भी की जा रही है।

संक्रमित पशुओं को अलग रखने की सलाह

लंपी स्किन डिजीज के नियंत्रण के लिए संक्रमित पशुओं को स्वस्थ पशुओं से अलग रखना महत्वपूर्ण उपायों में शामिल है। इसके साथ ही पशुओं के आसपास साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने और मच्छर-मक्खी जैसे वाहक कीटों की रोकथाम पर भी जोर दिया जा रहा है। पशुपालकों को सलाह दी जा रही है कि पशुओं के शरीर पर गांठें, बुखार, त्वचा पर घाव या अन्य असामान्य लक्षण दिखाई देने पर तुरंत पशु चिकित्सक से संपर्क करें। बीमारी के लक्षणों को नजरअंदाज न करने की अपील की गई है।

विभाग के मुताबिक पशुपालकों को अपने पशुओं का समय पर टीकाकरण कराना चाहिए। पशुओं के आसपास साफ-सफाई रखें, मच्छर-मक्खियों की रोकथाम करें और संक्रमित या संदिग्ध पशु को दूसरे पशुओं से अलग रखें। शरीर पर गांठ, बुखार या त्वचा संबंधी लक्षण दिखने पर तुरंत पशु चिकित्सा टीम को सूचना देना जरूरी है। उत्तर प्रदेश में चल रहे अभियान का उद्देश्य बीमारी की जल्द पहचान, प्रभावी निगरानी, टीकाकरण और उपचार के जरिए लंपी स्किन डिजीज के प्रसार को नियंत्रित करना है। इससे पशुधन को सुरक्षित रखने के साथ पशुपालकों को होने वाले संभावित आर्थिक नुकसान को भी कम करने की कोशिश की जा रही है।

लखनऊ का सर्वाधिक निवेश

इस योजना के तहत सबसे ज्यादा निवेश लखनऊ जिले में किया गया है। लखनऊ में चार प्रोजेक्ट्स को स्वीकृति मिली है, जिसमे दो आवासीय, एक व्यावसायिक और एक मिक्स्ड-यूज प्रोजेक्ट शामिल है। इन पर कुल ₹609.35 करोड़ का निवेश होगा जिससे 1,972 यूनिट्स तैयारी होंगी। इसके बाद गाजियाबाद में ₹605.06 करोड़ के निवेश से 3 आवासीय प्रोजेक्ट्स के तहत 574 यूनिट्स बनाई जाएंगी।

अन्य जिलों में भी नई योजनाएं

हापुर जिले में ₹123.45 करोड़ के निवेश वाले 2 आवासीय प्रोजेक्ट्स को मंजूरी मिली है, जिनसे 192 यूनिट्स का निर्माण होगा। कानपुर में एक प्रोजेक्ट के लिए ₹201.72 करोड़ का निवेश मंजूर किया गया है, जिससे 158 यूनिट्स का निर्माण किया जाएगा। धर्मनगरी अयोध्या में ₹72.61 करोड़ की लागत से 85 आवासीय यूनिट्स और प्रयागराज में ₹51.66 करोड़ के निवेश से 109 यूनिट्स वाले एक-एक प्रोजेक्ट को स्वीकृति मिली है।

रोजगार के अवसरों की बढ़ोतरी

UP RERA का मानना है कि इन परियोजनाओं के शुरू होने से राज्य भर में निर्माण गतिविधियों में तेजी आएगी, जिसके फलस्वरूप सीमेंट, सरिया, इंजीनियरिंग और ट्रांसपोर्ट जैसे संबद्ध उद्योगों में नए बिजनेस और रोजगार के अवसर पैदा होंगे। अथॉरिटी ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि उसका मुख्य ध्यान RERA अधिनियम का कड़ाई से अनुपालन, परियोजनाओं को समय पर पूरा कराने और घर खरीदारों के हितों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने पर होगा।

ADG Arora explained that following the gunfire, members of the police force, including the Senior Superintendent of Police, were compelled to breach the premises. They employed tactics such as stun grenades and tear gas to disorient the suspect.

“The operation was executed with precision. We focused on rescuing the children while utilising minimal retaliatory force,” Arora noted. The son who had suffered a gunshot wound was the first to be rescued, followed closely by his two sisters. These actions ultimately ensured that all three children were brought to safety.

“Sadly, the accused sustained critical injuries during the confrontation and was also taken to hospital. Legal proceedings against him will commence, with multiple charges pending, including three counts of murder,” Arora confirmed.

“The situation escalated when Arvind took issue with the presence of priests and allegedly shot his wife after an altercation. Two priests also lost their lives during this horrific event, while those present worked to escape,” the SSP detailed.

पुलिस ने अरविंद को समझाने की काफी कोशिश की, लेकिन वह बाहर आने को तैयार नहीं हुआ। लगभग 7 घंटे तक बातचीत चलती रही, तभी अचानक अंदर से गोली चली। इस पर पुलिस ने स्टन ग्रेनेड और टियर गैस का इस्तेमाल किया। दरवाजा तोड़ने के बाद पुलिस ने अरविंद पर फायरिंग की, जिसमें वह घायल हुआ। उसकी 8 साल का बेटा शौर्य भी गोली लगने से घायल हुआ, जिसका इलाज के दौरान निधन हो गया।

अनुष्ठान का असली कारण क्या था?

इस घटना का सच यही नहीं है। खुद परिवार के सदस्यों का कहना है कि अरविंद के लिए घर में महामृत्युंजय जाप किया जा रहा था। परिवार का मानना था कि अरविंद पर कोई ‘साया’ है। इसी धारणा के चलते पूजा की जा रही थी। अरविंद ने जैसे ही पूजा के दौरान विवाद शुरू किया, मामला गंभीर हो गया। पत्नी बबीता ने पुरोहितों से लड़ाई की, जिससे अरविंद ने पहले पत्नी को फिर पुरोहितों को गोली मार दी।

गोलियों की दास्तान

अरविंद के पास उस रिवॉल्वर का इतिहास भी है, जिससे उसने गोली चलाई। यह रिवॉल्वर उसके बड़े भाई सुनील सिंह की थी, जो पहले ही एक हत्या की शिकार हो चुके थे। परिवार के मुताबिक, सुनील की हत्या के बाद अरविंद का व्यवहार बहुत बदल गया था। उसे पूजा-पाठ से चिढ़ होने लगा था। 2018 में सुनील की हत्या के बाद अरविंद की मानसिक स्थिति गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित हुई थी।

किसानों के लिए कृषक समृद्धि योजना

मुख्यमंत्री कृषक समृद्धि योजना किसानों के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद साबित होगी। इसके तहत किसानों को 6% प्रभावी ब्याज दर पर ₹6 लाख तक का लोन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इस योजना में समय पर लोन चुकाने वाले किसानों को राज्य सरकार द्वारा ब्याज अनुदान दिया जाएगा। पांच वर्षों के भीतर सरकार ने लक्ष्य रखा है कि 5 लाख किसानों को इस योजना का लाभ मिलेगा।

ऑनलाइन पोर्टल का लॉन्च

कल मुख्यमंत्री कृषक समृद्धि योजना के तहत एक ई-पोर्टल भी लॉन्च करेंगे। इस पोर्टल के जरिए किसान अपने आवेदन आसानी से कर सकेंगे। इस पहल से सरकार का उद्देश्य है कि किसान आसानी से अपने लोन व अनुदान के लिए आवेदन कर सकें और उन्हें समय पर सहायता मिले।

सरकारी नौकरी वितरण का कार्यक्रम

एक अन्य कार्यक्रम में, मंगलवार को सीएम योगी ने 3,567 युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी के नियुक्तिपत्र वितरित किए। पिछले एक हफ्ते में 5,297 युवाओं को और पिछले 9 वर्षों में कुल 9.5 लाख युवाओं को नौकरी देने का दावा किया गया है। इस दौरान सीएम ने विपक्ष पर भी कटाक्ष करते हुए कहा कि वे नौकरियां देते जाएंगे, जबकि विपक्षी सिर्फ गिनती करते रहेंगे।

नकल माफिया पर ध्यान केंद्रित

सीएम योगी ने शिक्षक आयोग के नए अध्यक्ष प्रशांत कुमार के नियुक्ति पर भी बात की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह नियुक्ति नकल माफिया पर नकेल कसने के लिए की गई है। यह सरकार की नीति है कि प्रतिभावान छात्रों को उनकी योग्यतानुसार स्थान मिले।

Importance of HPV Vaccination Emphasised

The programme, organised at the Centre of Excellence for Adolescent Health and Development (Model-AFHC), sought to enlighten students on the critical role of HPV vaccination in preventing diseases associated with the virus, especially cervical cancer. The event aimed to create an informed community regarding the protective measures available against HPV-related health issues.

This initiative was overseen by Prof. (Dr.) Sangeeta Rai, who serves as Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at IMS-BHU and is also the Nodal Officer at the Centre of Excellence for Adolescent Health and Development, SSH-BHU. Her leadership was instrumental in guiding the participants through the significance of the vaccination and associated health benefits.

Prof. (Dr.) DP Yadav from the Department of Gastroenterology further motivated attendees by advocating for widespread awareness of HPV vaccination. He urged the students to relay this crucial information to their family members and communities, emphasising that the vaccine serves as a vital preventive tool against HPV-linked diseases.

Vaccination Schedule and Guidelines Discussed

During the event, the participants were informed about the recommended vaccination schedule. It was explained that individuals aged 9 to 14 years should receive two doses of the vaccine, while those who begin vaccination after 14 typically require a total of three doses. Such a structured approach aims to ensure comprehensive protection against HPV-related health risks.

The camp not only focused on the administration of vaccines but also included informative sessions regarding HPV. Attendees learned how vaccination can significantly reduce the risk of certain cancers and other HPV-associated diseases, contributing to better long-term health outcomes.
