1 अप्रैल 2025 से 31 मार्च 2026 के बीच दी गई सहायता में सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट कराने वाले मरीजों का रहा। सरकार के अनुसार, 617 मरीजों को किडनी प्रत्यारोपण के लिए 12 करोड़ 23 लाख 66 हजार रुपये की आर्थिक मदद दी गई। वहीं लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट के लिए 162 मरीजों को 3 करोड़ 21 लाख 50 हजार रुपये की सहायता मंजूर की गई। इसके अलावा फेफड़ा प्रत्यारोपण कराने वाले 3 मरीजों को 6 लाख रुपये, जबकि हृदय प्रत्यारोपण कराने वाले 16 मरीजों को 28 लाख 50 हजार रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता दी गई।

आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर मरीजों के लिए राहत

महाराष्ट्र सरकार के मुताबिक, चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में लगातार हो रही प्रगति के कारण आज किडनी, लिवर, हृदय और फेफड़े जैसे अंगों के प्रत्यारोपण की सफलता की संभावना बढ़ी है। हालांकि निजी अस्पतालों में इन जटिल सर्जरी का खर्च लाखों रुपये तक पहुंच सकता है। ऐसे में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर मरीजों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री वैद्यकीय सहायता निधि उपचार का खर्च उठाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस के मार्गदर्शन में इस सहायता व्यवस्था को अधिक तेज और मरीज केंद्रित बनाने पर जोर दिया गया है, ताकि गंभीर बीमारी से जूझ रहे मरीजों को आर्थिक मदद के लिए लंबे समय तक इंतजार न करना पड़े।

कागजात पूरे होते ही प्रक्रिया में तेजी

सरकार का कहना है कि आवश्यक दस्तावेज पूरे होने के बाद आवेदन की मंजूरी प्रक्रिया को जल्द पूरा किया जा रहा है। इससे गंभीर बीमारियों के उपचार में होने वाली देरी कम होगी और जरूरतमंद मरीजों को समय पर आर्थिक सहायता मिल सकेगी। मुख्यमंत्री सहायता निधि एवं धर्मादाय अस्पताल सहायता कक्ष के प्रमुख रामेश्वर नाईक ने कहा कि अंग प्रत्यारोपण जैसे महंगे इलाज के लिए समय पर आर्थिक सहायता मिलना बेहद जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रक्रिया को अधिक तेज और आधुनिक बनाया गया है, ताकि जरूरतमंद मरीजों को जल्द मदद मिल सके।

National Employability Rates Increase

India’s overall employability rate has improved, as revealed by the report, which places the figure at 56.35 per cent for 2026. This marks a rise from the 54.81 per cent recorded in 2025 and a significant increase from 46.2 per cent in 2022. Among various age groups, individuals aged 22 to 25 present the highest employability at 75.7 per cent, followed by those aged 26 to 29 at 71.79 per cent, and candidates aged 18 to 21 at 71.38 per cent.

Furthermore, the report indicates that youth employment is not solely reliant on the availability of positions but rather on the readiness of candidates to fulfil the demands of evolving job markets. This shift underscores the significance of skills centred around technology and digital literacy.

In terms of educational qualifications, graduates in technology-related fields exhibit high employability rates. Computer Science graduates report an impressive 80 per cent employability, followed by Information Technology at 78 per cent and Instrumentation Engineering at 77 per cent. Electronics and Communication Engineering graduates stand at 75 per cent, while Mechanical Engineering graduates present a lower rate of 63 per cent. The report highlights a sustained demand for expertise in artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, which are integral to the increasingly technology-driven job landscape.

The findings reflect a notable trend wherein candidates with technical qualifications show enhanced job readiness, aligning with industry needs. This emphasis on technical skills signals a progressive shift towards more specialised training and education in response to market requirements.

The India Skills Report 2026 also explores the broader implications of artificial intelligence and changing employment mechanisms. The report highlights its theme around gig work, freelancing, AI-supportive roles, remote employment, and entrepreneurship. Projections indicate that India’s gig and freelance workforce could expand to 23.5 million by 2030, with project-based hiring noted to have surged by 38 per cent year on year. Maharashtra Green Economy: किसानों के लिए 100 सोलर माइक्रो कोल्ड स्टोरेज

महाराष्ट्र के प्रमुख फल और सब्जी उत्पादन वाले इलाकों में 100 सौर ऊर्जा से चलने वाले माइक्रो कोल्ड स्टोरेज बनाने की घोषणा की गई है। इससे किसानों की फसल को लंबे समय तक सुरक्षित रखने में मदद मिलेगी और कटाई के बाद होने वाले नुकसान को कम किया जा सकेगा। इसके अलावा राज्य के 10 से अधिक क्षेत्रों में किसान उत्पादक संगठनों और किसान समूहों के लिए पहले से बनाए गए 50 माइक्रो कोल्ड स्टोरेज को बाजार से जोड़ने की दिशा में भी काम किया जा रहा है। इसका सीधा फायदा किसानों की आय बढ़ाने में मिल सकता है।

विदर्भ में 18 बायोमास प्रोजेक्ट

कार्बन रिमूवल के क्षेत्र में भी महाराष्ट्र को बड़ा फायदा मिलने की उम्मीद है। विदर्भ में 18 बायोमास गैसीफिकेशन प्रोजेक्ट लगाए जाने हैं। इनसे 15 साल में 20 लाख टन से अधिक कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड हटाने की क्षमता तैयार होने का अनुमान है। इन परियोजनाओं से बनने वाले बायोचार के कार्बन क्रेडिट में से एक लाख टन से अधिक कार्बन रिमूवल क्रेडिट खरीदने के लिए माइक्रोसॉफ्ट के साथ समझौता किया गया है।

महाराष्ट्र बनेगा Sustainable Aviation Fuel का हब

राज्य सरकार महाराष्ट्र को Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) के प्रमुख उत्पादन केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने पर भी काम कर रही है। इसके लिए श्वेतपत्र तैयार किया गया है और महाराष्ट्र SAF Alliance बनाने की दिशा में प्रयास जारी हैं। चालू वित्त वर्ष के अंत तक इसे मूर्त रूप देने की उम्मीद है।
