This alert follows a recent infiltration attempt in the Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch district, where four Pakistani terrorists were killed in a landmine explosion.

Details of the Landmine Explosion Incident

The four terrorists were reportedly attempting to cross the LoC near Nangi Tekri in the Krishna Ghati sector when they encountered an old landmine field. According to security sources, the explosion resulted in the immediate death of all four individuals. These explosives were found during track construction and were subsequently destroyed by Army experts in controlled explosions.

Over the past week, approximately a dozen landmines have been detected and defused in the area. These landmines are part of the anti-infiltration grid along the LoC.
