A woman, along with her lover, sister, and another associate, has been arrested in the Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh for allegedly torturing and murdering her husband. The police reported that the crime took place in the Majhola locality, where the victim, Pawan, was subjected to intense brutality before his death.

The allegations suggest that Pawan was held against his will and tortured for a nearly three-hour period. The disturbing sequence of events reportedly began when Pawan discovered that his wife, Aanchal, aged 24, was involved in an extramarital relationship with her nephew, Ankit, aged 21. This revelation led to escalating domestic disputes within the household.

Pawan and Aanchal had been married for six years and had a three-year-old daughter together. Police officials noted that the murder appeared to be premeditated, with Aanchal’s sister, Shikha, aged 18, having moved into the couple’s home just four days before the incident to assist in executing the plan.

Execution of the Crime

On the day of the incident, the group allegedly attempted to force Pawan to consume poison. After he resisted their efforts, they resorted to tying him up, beating him severely, and administering electric shocks for nearly three hours. When his health worsened, the perpetrators allegedly succeeded in giving him poison to simulate a suicide.

Following Pawan’s death, the accused reportedly tried to cover up their actions by pushing his body down the staircase. They subsequently informed neighbours that Pawan had suffered a fatal fall after ingesting poison. This cover-up was meant to divert suspicion from their involvement in the murder.

The victim’s family expressed concerns regarding Pawan’s safety. According to relatives, about three months before the murder, Pawan had communicated with his sister, expressing fears that he might be harmed. Unfortunately, these worries were not taken seriously at that time.

Legal Proceedings and Arrests

A senior police official confirmed that the four accused individuals—Aanchal, her lover Ankit, her sister Shikha, and Shikha’s boyfriend Ajay, aged 19—have been arrested and have been presented before a court. All four now face charges of murder in connection with the incident.

The police have stated that they are continuing their investigation into the matter to gather further evidence and details surrounding the murder. The case has raised significant concerns about domestic violence and the influence of extramarital affairs on familial relationships.

The community is observing the situation closely as the investigation unfolds, and further developments are anticipated. The matter has sparked discussions in the locality regarding relationship dynamics and the severe consequences they can lead to when conflicts arise.

A shocking incident has come to light in the small village of Karbun, located in Gujarat’s Banaskantha district, where a woman is alleged to have conspired with her lover to murder her husband. The victim, Ranchhodji Darbar, was reportedly poisoned with sleeping pills before being attacked with an axe.

Details of the Conspiracy

Authorities revealed that the crime was premeditated, following the discovery of the woman’s extramarital affair with a local resident named Bhanabhai Majirana. The involvement of Dharmiba, Darbar’s wife, along with her sister Anandaba, further complicated the case.

Execution of the Murder

On the night of the murder, Dharmiba allegedly mixed sleeping pills into her husband’s dinner. After he lost consciousness, Majirana is said to have fatally struck Darbar with an axe. Anandaba is accused of aiding in the crime, although specific details regarding her involvement have not been disclosed.

Efforts to Conceal the Crime

After the murder, the accused attempted to hide the act by returning Darbar’s body to his bed, making it appear as if he had died of natural causes. However, their efforts to either dispose of or mask the circumstances of his death proved unsuccessful.

Arrests Made

The police have arrested all three suspects—Dharmiba, her alleged partner Majirana, and sister Anandaba—who have since been placed in judicial custody. Investigators stated that the motive behind the crime was closely tied to the illicit relationship and the deceased’s disapproval of it.

Legal Proceedings Initiated

A formal case has been registered against the accused on several charges, including murder, criminal conspiracy, and abetment. Law enforcement officials confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, with efforts continuing to gather all pertinent information surrounding this disturbing incident.

In a shocking incident in Mangalagiri, Guntur district, a man was reportedly killed by his wife during an argument about the television volume. The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Sheikh Ahmed, who worked as an air conditioning mechanic. The couple resided in a TIDCO housing colony when the altercation occurred.

Details of the Altercation

Authorities revealed that the conflict escalated when Sheikh Ahmed requested his wife to turn down the sound of the television. In a sudden surge of anger, she allegedly retrieved a knife and stabbed him. Neighbors witnessed the situation and promptly transported Ahmed to the Government General Hospital in Vijayawada for emergency medical treatment.

Medical Response and Investigation

Despite medical intervention, Sheikh Ahmed succumbed to his injuries while receiving care at the hospital. The police have registered a case in connection with the incident and have begun further investigations to gather additional details.

Related Violent Incidents in the Region

This tragic event follows another violent episode that occurred earlier in February in the Rangareddy district of Telangana. In that instance, a man was accused of murdering his ex-wife in her apartment located in Green City Colony. The victim had divorced him and remarried, which reportedly led to the deadly confrontation.

Police Response to Rise in Domestic Violence

Law enforcement officials arrived at the scene shortly after receiving notification about the incident, emphasizing their commitment to investigating the matter thoroughly. A police spokesperson confirmed that action is being taken to address the situation effectively.

Another Case of Murder Over Property Dispute

Further highlighting the issue of violent incidents, a woman lawyer named G Swapna was murdered a few weeks ago in Moinabad, Telangana. Allegedly, she was killed by her elder brother and three accomplices over a dispute regarding inherited property. Police have arrested the four individuals involved in this case, which took place on February 4 while she was inspecting her ancestral land.

Authorities Continue Their Investigations

As investigations into these incidents unfold, authorities are striving to uncover the motivations behind the acts of violence. Police are calling for increased awareness around domestic disputes and elder family conflicts to prevent such tragedies in the future.

A four-month marriage has been marred by tragedy after a chartered accountant was accused of murdering his pregnant wife in Jhajjar district, Haryana. The incident occurred on Sunday evening, leading to the arrest of the suspect, Anshul, who allegedly attempted to stage the crime as a robbery. Police reports indicate that Anshul confessed during intensive questioning.

Details of the Incident

The victim, identified as Mehak, was a bank employee who was two months pregnant at the time of her death. The couple, who married in 2025, had recently celebrated Valentine’s Day together. The fatal incident unfolded as Anshul was driving Mehak from her parental home in Hansi to their residence in Gurugram. The alleged murder took place near a village close to Badli.

Initial Claims of Robbery

Local authorities received a distress call on Dial 112, reporting that a newly married couple had been attacked and that the wife had been killed during a supposed robbery. Following the report, Mehak’s body was discovered near a canal. At the scene, Anshul claimed that unidentified assailants had stopped their vehicle, assaulted them, and then murdered his wife before fleeing with the car.

Inconsistencies in the Accused’s Account

However, investigators soon found discrepancies in Anshul’s narrative. According to Badli Station House Officer Suresh Kumar, Anshul attempted to mislead the investigation. After extensive interrogation, he reportedly broke down and confessed to the crime.

Admission of Premeditation

Authorities stated that Anshul admitted to premeditating the murder and had brought scissors to the scene. During questioning, he purportedly confessed that he initially strangled Mehak and subsequently cut her throat with the scissors. “He has confessed to the crime. The full sequence will be clear after police remand,” commented SHO Suresh Kumar at a press briefing.

Motive Behind the Crime

Investigators noted that suspicions regarding Mehak’s character could have been a motive behind the alleged murder. Police reported that Anshul objected to her frequent communications with colleagues at the bank, which may have fueled his actions.

Ongoing Investigations

An FIR has been registered following a complaint lodged by Mehak’s family. Anshul is expected to be produced in court, where authorities will seek remand for further interrogation in order to clarify the complete motive and the chain of events leading to the murder.

Family members have expressed their demands for stringent punishment for Anshul, while police have categorized the incident as a “premeditated” homicide that was initially misrepresented as a street crime.

In a significant development in a murder case from Rajasthan, police apprehended a woman and her alleged lover for the suspected killing of her husband. Reports indicate that a minor was also taken into custody in relation to this incident. The victim, identified as 32-year-old Bhajanlal, was a resident of Sri Ganganagar district and father to two children.

Investigation Uncovers Motive

Authorities revealed that Bhajanlal’s wife, Indraa Devi, was involved in an extramarital affair with Prabhu Dayal, aged 32, who was also from the same village. Investigators discovered that the two conspired to murder Bhajanlal, whom they viewed as an impediment to their relationship.

Murder Plan Execution

On January 16, Bhajanlal was reportedly intercepted by Dayal, along with a 15-year-old laborer working with him, while he was riding his motorbike outside their village. It is alleged that the two attacked him with sticks and subsequently strangled him with a rope, rendering him unconscious. Believing that they had killed him, they placed Bhajanlal on his own motorbike and transported him approximately 50 kilometers away.

Sequence of Events Post-Attack

According to police sources, upon reaching the designated location, Bhajanlal regained consciousness. In a shocking turn of events, Dayal and the juvenile are reported to have assaulted him again, this time using bricks. Following the attack, they disposed of his body and the motorcycle in a canal, as confirmed by Sri Ganganagar Superintendent of Police Amrita Duhan.

Discovery of the Body

Due to the strong current of the canal, Bhajanlal’s body was discovered 270 kilometers away in Phalodi district several weeks later, specifically on January 2. Following the identification of the victim, a case was registered against unidentified individuals initially, as there were no immediate witnesses or overt suspects.

Investigation Progression

The case was classified as a blind murder during the initial investigation phase. As detectives delved deeper, they utilized technical analysis and local intelligence, which ultimately led them to recover Bhajanlal’s motorcycle. Further inquiries directed them towards the involvement of Indraa Devi and Prabhu Dayal, leading to their eventual arrests.

In a shocking case from Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan, a man’s death initially believed to be a road accident has now emerged as a suspected case of premeditated murder. The deceased, identified as Ashish, allegedly lost his life not due to an accidental mishap but as part of a deliberate plan orchestrated by his wife and her former partner.

Suspicion Arises After Initial Reports of Accident

Ashish had been married for just three months when he died under mysterious circumstances. At first, the incident appeared to be a tragic traffic accident. However, a deeper probe by the authorities revealed inconsistencies, leading investigators to consider the possibility of foul play.

The case took a dramatic turn when law enforcement officials uncovered evidence suggesting that Ashish’s wife and her alleged ex-lover had conspired to eliminate him. Investigators reportedly found that the woman had continued her relationship with her former partner even after her marriage and had kept in regular contact with him.

Wife and Her Lover Accused of Conspiracy

Based on the findings, the police began to piece together the sequence of events that led to the man’s death. It is alleged that the wife, in coordination with her former boyfriend, devised a plan to get rid of Ashish. The goal, according to police, was to make the act appear accidental in order to escape suspicion.

Authorities believe that Ashish was lured into a vulnerable situation where he could be killed without arousing immediate doubt. Further details of the alleged plan, including the location and method used, are currently part of the ongoing investigation.

Investigation Reveals Ongoing Affair Post-Marriage

During the inquiry, officials discovered that the woman had been in a relationship with another man prior to her marriage. Despite tying the knot with Ashish, she allegedly remained in touch with her previous partner.

Communications exchanged between the duo reportedly pointed towards a developing plan to eliminate her husband. The police are now examining digital evidence and call records to establish the timeline and nature of the conspiracy.

Ongoing Police Action and Legal Proceedings

Following the revelation of the suspected murder plot, law enforcement officials have taken both the woman and her alleged accomplice into custody. Statements are being recorded and further questioning is being carried out to ascertain the depth of their involvement.

The case has been registered under relevant sections related to murder and criminal conspiracy. Authorities have stated that all necessary legal procedures are being followed and further developments will be shared as the investigation progresses.

The incident has drawn attention to the growing concern over domestic crimes and conspiracies disguised as accidents. The case remains under active investigation by the local police in Sri Ganganagar.

A brutal murder in Haryana’s Faridabad remained concealed for nearly two months after it was staged to look like a railway accident. Police have now arrested a woman and her alleged lover for killing her husband, crushing his face to destroy his identity, and abandoning his body on railway tracks to mislead investigators.

The incident occurred on November 30, 2025, but came to light only after sustained investigation and a missing person complaint filed weeks later.

Body Found, Identity a Mystery

On December 1, railway authorities discovered a severely mutilated body on tracks near the Mewala Maharajpur area of Faridabad. The victim’s face was crushed beyond recognition, leading police to initially believe he had died after being hit by a passing train.

Due to the condition of the body and lack of identification documents, the case was registered as an accidental death. The remains were preserved at a post-mortem facility while police made repeated attempts to establish the man’s identity.

Missing Complaint Sparks Breakthrough

The investigation took a decisive turn on January 18, when Sunny, the victim’s brother, approached Surajkund police station to report his sibling missing. An FIR was registered, and investigators compared the missing person’s details with unidentified bodies preserved at the mortuary.

The body was eventually identified as Suman, an auto-rickshaw driver from Godda district in Jharkhand, based on clothing and physical features. Sunny also raised suspicion about his sister-in-law’s conduct and her alleged relationship with another man.

Affair Allegedly Led to Murder Plot

During questioning, police uncovered that Suman had discovered his wife Anjani alias Kavita (29) was involved in an extramarital relationship with Riazul (30), a resident of Malda district, West Bengal.

According to investigators, the revelation strained the marriage and led the woman and her partner to allegedly plan Suman’s murder. Police described the crime as premeditated and carefully executed to divert suspicion.

Stone Attack and Staged Accident

Police stated that on November 30, the accused lured Suman to the Mewala Maharajpur area, made him consume alcohol, and attacked him near the railway tracks. He was allegedly struck on the head with a stone, killing him on the spot.

To erase his identity and create the illusion of a railway mishap, the accused allegedly placed his face on the tracks so it would be crushed by passing trains. The body was then left at the site to support the accident narrative.

Arrests and Ongoing Investigation

A Crime Branch team from the DLF unit detained Anjani and Riazul after tracking their movements. Police revealed that Anjani had left for Jharkhand shortly after the crime and later returned to Faridabad, raising further suspicion.

Both accused reportedly confessed during interrogation and were formally arrested. They were produced before a local court and remanded to four days of police custody.

Suman and Anjani had been married for nearly 15 years and had two children. Police say further investigation is underway to reconstruct the sequence of events and gather corroborative evidence.

A quiet household in Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district became the scene of a chilling crime after police uncovered that an onion trader had been deliberately drugged and suffocated, allegedly by his wife and her lover, following years of marital discord.

Lokam Shivanagaraju, 46, was found dead at his home in Chiluvuru village in the early hours following the night of January 18. His wife, Lakshmimadhuri, initially told neighbours that he had suffered a heart attack, but visible injuries on the body raised immediate doubts among relatives and residents.

Sleeping Pills Mixed in Biryani, Police Say

Investigators later pieced together that the night began with what appeared to be a routine family dinner. Police allege that Lakshmimadhuri mixed a large quantity of sleeping tablets into biryani she prepared for her husband. After eating, Shivanagaraju lost consciousness.

According to police, Lakshmimadhuri then called her alleged partner, Kondaveeti Gopi, a travel operator who worked in Hyderabad, to the house. When he arrived late at night, the two allegedly carried out the killing together. “Once they confirmed he was dead, the accused left the house,” Duggirala SI Venkataravi said.

Shivanagaraju and Lakshmimadhuri were married in 2007 and had two sons. Police said the marriage had been strained for years after Lakshmimadhuri, who worked at a cinema ticket counter in Vijayawada, entered into a relationship with Gopi. Investigators said she felt embarrassed by her husband’s onion trading business and had earlier pushed him to work elsewhere, arranging employment for him near Gopi’s workplace.

When Shivanagaraju later returned home and resumed work locally, tensions escalated. “The husband’s presence at home became a problem for her relationship,” Mangalagiri Rural CI Venkatabrahman said. “That is when she decided to remove him from the picture.”

Dawn Call to Neighbours Unravels Murder Plot

After the alleged murder, Lakshmimadhuri remained alone in the house until dawn. At around 4 am, she alerted neighbours, claiming her husband had suddenly collapsed. However, family members noticed blood near his ear and marks on his body, prompting them to approach the police.

A complaint was lodged by Shivanagaraju’s father, Gandhi, a former MPTC member. The body was sent for a post-mortem, which revealed fractures in the chest and confirmed death due to suffocation, ruling out natural causes.

“Medical findings made it clear that this was not a heart attack,” SI Venkataravi said. “The injuries and cause of death pointed towards murder.”

Police have since taken Lakshmimadhuri into custody and are questioning Gopi regarding his role in the crime. A case under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita has been registered, and further investigation is underway.

A chilling murder case has surfaced from Chiluvuru village in Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district, adding to a growing list of shocking spousal crime stories reported across India in recent months. Police allege that a woman, Lakshmi Madhuri, murdered her husband with the assistance of her lover, staging the crime as a natural death.

The Conspiracy Behind the Murder

According to investigators, Madhuri had been involved in an extramarital relationship and allegedly planned the murder of her husband, Lokam Shiv Nagaraju, an onion trader by profession. On the night of the incident, she reportedly cooked biryani for Nagaraju and mixed intoxicating substances into the food. After consuming the meal, Nagaraju allegedly lost consciousness.

Execution of the Plan

Police say that around 11:30 pm, Madhuri’s alleged lover, identified as Gopi, arrived at the couple’s house. Investigators claim that Gopi restrained Nagaraju by sitting on his chest, while Madhuri suffocated him using a pillow. Nagaraju reportedly died within minutes due to asphyxiation. After confirming his death, Gopi left the house, leaving Madhuri alone with her husband’s body.

Bizarre Behaviour Raises Suspicion

What followed reportedly shocked even seasoned investigators. Police allege that Madhuri remained in the house throughout the night, sitting near her husband’s body and watching pornographic videos on her mobile phone. In the early hours of the morning, around 4 am, she called neighbors and claimed that Nagaraju had died of a heart attack.

Truth Uncovered by Autopsy

However, neighbors and friends were unconvinced. They were aware of frequent disputes between the couple and Madhuri’s alleged affair. When Nagaraju’s friends noticed blood stains near his ear and visible injuries, they alerted the police. A post-mortem examination revealed that Nagaraju died due to asphyxiation and had fractures in his chest bones.

Confession and Ongoing Investigation

During sustained interrogation, Madhuri reportedly confessed to the crime and admitted to watching explicit videos after the murder. Police have registered a murder case and are now investigating further angles, including the exact role of the alleged lover and the procurement of intoxicants.

A shocking murder case has surfaced from Lucknow’s Malihabad area, where a 50-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death by his wife and two sons. The victim, identified as Arjun Pal, was found dead in a pit nearly one kilometre away from his home on Tuesday morning. The body was discovered near the Nabinagar canal bridge after locals noticed it and alerted the police around 10 am.

Brother Alleges Brutal Assault

According to a complaint filed by the deceased’s brother, Munnu Lal, Arjun Pal was assaulted inside his house in Kharta village. He alleged that Arjun was beaten with sticks and iron rods, following which his face was brutally crushed. To mislead investigators and portray the crime as an accident, the family allegedly transported the body and dumped it in the pit.

Murder Scene Evidence Recovered

When police reached the spot, they found an e-rickshaw placed on top of the body, along with visible injury marks on Arjun Pal’s face. Nearby, officers recovered a steel tank and a blood-stained bed, raising suspicions of foul play. Further investigation at the victim’s residence revealed bloodstains inside one of the rooms, strengthening the murder allegation.

Suspicion Deepens After Night Movement

The deceased’s brother told police that Arjun’s two sons were addicted to alcohol and gambling and often quarreled with their father. Villagers reported seeing an e-rickshaw leaving the village around 3 am on Tuesday, though the occupants could not be identified due to darkness. Police believe the body was transported during this time.

Accused Taken Into Custody

Malihabad Inspector Surendra Singh Bhati confirmed that Arjun Pal’s wife and both sons have been taken into custody for questioning. Preliminary findings suggest the body was moved using the e-rickshaw and dumped to stage an accident. Bloodstains have been found both in the vehicle and the house. Police say the investigation is ongoing and all angles are being examined.
