Reports and video clearly state that Dipke was attacked within no time after reaching the protest spot. In the video that went viral on social platforms, two men approached him, pulled his scarf and slapped him multiple times. However, supporters of Dipke immediately stopped the attackers and handed them over to cops. After the incident, Dipke immediately headed to Nagpur, at the airport ahead of another protest planned on June 18, he addressed media questions and held RSS responsible for the attack in Jaipur. He said, “There were some people belonging to RSS, and there is nothing new in it,”.

Youth Anger Over Paper Leaks

Two individuals who attacked Dipke have been detained, however the identity of the assaulters haven’t been disclosed nor their connection with any organization has been confirmed.

Currently an investigation is under way. The protest in Jaipur was the part of the bigger campaign being run by the newly formed CJP. The main motive of the campaign is highlighting youth concerns related to paper leak.|

We will continue our protest peacefully and democratically. Our main concern is the injustice faced by more than one crore students, and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan must take responsibility for the NEET (UG) paper leak issue,” he noted.
Questioning the security arrangements, CJP state spokesperson Abhishek Jain Bittu said, even though police personnel were present at the venue and is clearly seen, however such an attack raises serious questions.

Security arrangements for next protest

After the Jaipur incident, the security arrangement for the next protest of CJP at Samvidhan Square in Nagpur has been tightened. It is expected that for the upcoming protest in Nagpur about 2,000 participants are expected. Ahead of the protest, Dipke urged students and young people to keep on participating in the campaign peacefully and ignore such attacks.

पुलिस ने संभाला मोर्चा, एक युवक को लिया हिरासत में

स्थिति बिगड़ती देख पुलिसकर्मी तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे और दोनों पक्षों को अलग किया। कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए पुलिस ने एक युवक को एहतियातन हिरासत में लिया। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि मामले की जांच की जा रही है और वीडियो फुटेज के आधार पर घटनाक्रम की पड़ताल की जाएगी। प्रदर्शन के मद्देनजर पहले से ही शहीद स्मारक परिसर में अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल, आरएसी और निर्भया स्क्वॉड के जवान तैनात किए गए थे।

मोबाइल चोरी की शिकायतों ने बढ़ाई परेशानी

हंगामे के बीच कई प्रदर्शनकारियों ने अपने मोबाइल फोन चोरी होने की शिकायत भी दर्ज कराई। मंच से बार-बार लोगों को अपने मोबाइल और अन्य कीमती सामान सुरक्षित रखने की अपील की गई। आयोजकों ने दावा किया कि प्रदर्शन शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से आयोजित किया गया था, लेकिन कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों ने माहौल बिगाड़ने की कोशिश की। वहीं पार्टी नेताओं ने कहा कि शिक्षा और युवाओं के मुद्दों को लेकर उनका आंदोलन आगे भी जारी रहेगा। घटना के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल वीडियो को लेकर विभिन्न तरह की प्रतिक्रियाएं सामने आ रही हैं, जबकि पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच में जुटी हुई है।

बीसलपुर में पानी लबालब, फिर भी जयपुर प्यासा जर्जर पाइपलाइन और लीकेज ने बढ़ाई मुश्किलें

बीसलपुर डेम में पर्याप्त जल भंडारण होने के बावजूद जयपुर शहर के कई हिस्से पेयजल संकट से जूझ रहे हैं। इसकी बड़ी वजह पानी की कमी नहीं, बल्कि पुरानी हो चुकी पाइपलाइन, लगातार बढ़ती आबादी और समय पर नई जलापूर्ति परियोजना का पूरा नहीं होना है। 17 साल पुरानी बीसलपुर लाइन में 33 लीकेज सामने आ चुके हैं, जिनकी मरम्मत के लिए बार-बार शटडाउन लेना पड़ रहा है। इससे लाखों लोगों को 24 से 72 घंटे तक पानी नहीं मिल पाता और शहर में टैंकरों पर निर्भरता फिर बढ़ने लगी है।

17 साल पुरानी लाइन पर बढ़ा आबादी का बोझ

जयपुर को बीसलपुर परियोजना से वर्ष 2009 में पेयजल आपूर्ति शुरू हुई थी। उस समय यह व्यवस्था वर्ष 2021 तक की आबादी की जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखकर तैयार की गई थी। लेकिन अब वर्ष 2026 में शहर की आबादी और पानी की मांग काफी बढ़ चुकी है। इसके बावजूद नई पाइपलाइन परियोजना समय पर शुरू नहीं हो सकी। नतीजतन पुरानी लाइन पर अतिरिक्त दबाव पड़ रहा है और जल वितरण व्यवस्था लगातार कमजोर होती जा रही है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि मांग के अनुरूप आधारभूत ढांचे का विस्तार नहीं होने से संकट और गहरा गया है।

पानी का दबाव बढ़ते ही सामने आ रहे 33 लीकेज

बीसलपुर से जयपुर तक पानी पहुंचाने वाली 2300 एमएम व्यास की पाइपलाइन अब 17 साल पुरानी हो चुकी है। इस लाइन में वर्तमान में 33 स्थानों पर लीकेज दर्ज किए गए हैं। अधिकारियों के अनुसार जैसे ही शहर की बढ़ती मांग को देखते हुए पानी का दबाव बढ़ाया जाता है, नई-नई जगहों पर रिसाव शुरू हो जाता है। लीकेज की मरम्मत के लिए बार-बार शटडाउन लेना पड़ता है, जिससे शहर के कई इलाकों में जलापूर्ति बाधित हो जाती है। कई बार लोगों को दो से तीन दिन तक पानी का इंतजार करना पड़ता है, जिससे आमजन की परेशानी बढ़ रही है।

205 करोड़ की परियोजना भी नहीं दे सकी राहत

जलदाय विभाग ने व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए सूरजपुरा में 205 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से 216 एमएलडी क्षमता का फिल्टर प्लांट और रेनवाल में इंटरमीडिएट पंपिंग स्टेशन तैयार किया था। दावा किया गया था कि इससे मौजूदा पाइपलाइन से अधिक पानी लिया जा सकेगा और लाइन पर दबाव भी कम होगा। हालांकि जमीनी स्तर पर यह योजना अपेक्षित परिणाम नहीं दे सकी। बढ़ती मांग और पुरानी पाइपलाइन की कमजोर स्थिति के कारण फिल्टर प्लांट और पंपिंग स्टेशन का लाभ सीमित रह गया है। इससे करोड़ों रुपए के निवेश की उपयोगिता पर भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं।

टैंकरों पर बढ़ी निर्भरता, नई लाइन का इंतजार

बीसलपुर जलापूर्ति शुरू होने के बाद उम्मीद थी कि जयपुर में सरकारी टैंकरों की जरूरत लगभग समाप्त हो जाएगी। लेकिन मौजूदा हालात इसके विपरीत हैं। शहर के कई क्षेत्रों में आज भी टैंकरों के जरिए पेयजल वितरण किया जा रहा है और कुछ इलाकों में यही मुख्य जल स्रोत बन गया है। टैंकर वितरण व्यवस्था में खामियों के कारण जरूरतमंद लोगों को समय पर पानी नहीं मिल पाता। वहीं नई पाइपलाइन परियोजना की लागत 1100 करोड़ रुपए से बढ़कर करीब 1800 करोड़ रुपए तक पहुंच चुकी है। जब तक नई लाइन तैयार नहीं होती, तब तक जयपुरवासियों को पानी की उपलब्धता के बावजूद आपूर्ति संबंधी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

जलमहल की पहाड़ियों से मिला था नरमुंड, पुलिस ने बनाई थी हत्या की थ्योरी

मामले की शुरुआत वर्ष 2018 में हुई थी, जब गलता गेट थाने में हरीश कुमार शर्मा ने अपने भाई तेजप्रकाश शर्मा के लापता होने की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार तेजप्रकाश 14 जनवरी 2018 को घर से निकले थे और वापस नहीं लौटे। इसके बाद 26 जनवरी 2018 को जलमहल की पहाड़ियों में एक नरमुंड और कुछ हड्डियां बरामद हुई थीं। जांच के दौरान पुलिस ने मृतक की पत्नी सीमा शर्मा, साले श्रीकांत निर्मोही और किराएदार अभिषेक शर्मा को आरोपी मानते हुए हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया था।

बचाव पक्ष ने जांच की खामियां उजागर कीं, कोर्ट ने माना तर्क

सुनवाई के दौरान बचाव पक्ष के अधिवक्ता कुलदीप सिंह, वी.के. बाली और सोनल दाधीच ने पुलिस जांच और साक्ष्यों की विश्वसनीयता पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े किए। अदालत ने पाया कि जांच में कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रक्रियात्मक और तथ्यात्मक कमियां थीं। न्यायालय ने माना कि अभियोजन पक्ष घटनाक्रम और उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों के बीच तार्किक संबंध स्थापित करने में विफल रहा। बचाव पक्ष द्वारा उठाए गए सवालों ने पुलिस की पूरी जांच प्रक्रिया को संदेह के घेरे में ला दिया।

मेडिकल रिपोर्ट, डीएनए और कॉल रिकॉर्ड नहीं बने मजबूत सबूत

अदालत ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि मेडिकल बोर्ड की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार बरामद कंकाल लगभग एक माह पुराना था, जबकि पुलिस द्वारा प्रस्तुत समय-सीमा और घटनाक्रम उससे मेल नहीं खाते थे। इसके अलावा बरामदगी का समय और घटनास्थल की दूरी भी अविश्वसनीय प्रतीत हुई। न्यायालय ने यह भी उल्लेख किया कि रोजनामचे में घटना से संबंधित तत्काल प्रविष्टि दर्ज नहीं की गई थी, जिससे जांच की पारदर्शिता पर सवाल खड़े हुए।

इसके साथ ही डीएनए जांच के लिए आरोपियों की लिखित सहमति रिकॉर्ड पर उपलब्ध नहीं थी। वहीं कॉल डिटेल रिकॉर्ड और मोबाइल लोकेशन भी आरोपियों की घटनास्थल पर मौजूदगी साबित नहीं कर सके। अदालत ने इन सभी तथ्यों को देखते हुए कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष आरोपियों के खिलाफ मजबूत और निर्विवाद साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पाया। परिणामस्वरूप पत्नी, साले और किराएदार को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए बरी कर दिया गया।

Allegations have surfaced that hospital management removed the attendance register to obscure the status of affected employees.

Fellow nurses disclosed that Deepak was visibly upset after learning about his job termination. While many colleagues took to the streets to protest the government’s decision, Deepak returned home and reportedly consumed poison. He later succumbed to the effects, prompting demonstrations outside Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Hospital in Jaipur.

Government’s Decision Under Scrutiny

The tragedy has brought renewed focus to the Rajasthan government’s recent choice to lay off around 6,500 contractual nursing staff who were employed via private placement agencies at various government hospitals. These workers were initially recruited during the tenure of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, and their numbers had grown over time.

In response to the ongoing controversy, the state government has opted to fill nursing positions through a new recruitment process, offering candidates contracts for a period of five years. However, protesting nurses are demanding that those currently employed be regularised or included in the ongoing recruitment for 3,000 Nursing Officer roles.

Following Deepak’s death, protests have extended across various regions in Rajasthan, with nursing staff accusing the government of neglecting the myriad concerns faced by the thousands of workers who abruptly lost their jobs.

Police Launch Manhunt for Warehouse Operators

FIR of yesterday’s incident has been filed, currently police are looking for the owners of both the illegal warehouses and also those who rented the house. In order to trace the people behind the warehouses, a police team has been dispatched to New Delhi and Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh. Bodies of the victims of the warehouse incident that happened yesterday have been handed over to families, in some cases DNA testing was done to establish identities.

After the incident, there was outrage among local residents, who alleged that the illegal firecracker was operating barely 1 kilometer away from the nearest police station. Responding to the allegation, DCP Ranjeeta Sharma said that an internal inquiry has been initiated and strict action will be taken against those found guilty. After yesterday’s incident authorities have intensified inspections to tack down illegal factories. And police have warned of taking strict action against those operating firecracker warehouses illegally.

In a tragic incident in the Kho Nagoriyan area of Jaipur, 8 killed, including a child, after a massive fire broke out in an illegal firecracker factory on Tuesday morning. The factory was located near an ITI College in the Ayesha Nagar Talai area. In the tragic incident three died on the spot, while five individuals succumbed during treatment at SMS hospital in Jaipur. Those who died include Mohammad Ashraf (40), resident of Peerji Colony Dhundhiyo ki Dhani Kho Nagoriyan, Mohammad Rabbil (16), Rahim Nagar resident Abdul Wahid (46), Samir Khan (20), Bilal (28), Azim (18) and Nasir Khan (25).

Jal Mahal का निर्माण 18वीं शताब्दी में कराया गया था। इतिहासकारों के अनुसार इसका वर्तमान स्वरूप महाराजा Madho Singh I ने वर्ष 1750 के आसपास विकसित कराया था। उस समय यह महल राजपरिवार और उनके मेहमानों के लिए शिकारगाह (हंटिंग लॉज) के रूप में उपयोग किया जाता था। मानसागर झील में बड़ी संख्या में बत्तखें और अन्य जलपक्षी आते थे। राजा और उनके साथी यहां नौकाओं के माध्यम से पहुंचकर शिकार का आनंद लेते थे। धीरे-धीरे यह महल राजसी विश्राम स्थल के रूप में भी प्रसिद्ध हो गया। आज जल महल जयपुर की पहचान बन चुका है और राजस्थान पर्यटन के प्रमुख आकर्षणों में गिना जाता है।

जल महल राजपूत और मुगल स्थापत्य कला का बेहतरीन संगम माना जाता है। गुलाबी बलुआ पत्थर से निर्मित यह महल सममित शैली (Symmetrical Architecture) में बनाया गया है, जिससे इसकी संरचना संतुलित और आकर्षक दिखाई देती है। महल के चारों कोनों पर अष्टकोणीय छतरियां बनी हुई हैं, जो इसकी भव्यता को और बढ़ाती हैं। ऊपर की मंजिल पर एक सुंदर बगीचा भी विकसित किया गया था, जहां से आसपास की पहाड़ियों और झील का मनोरम दृश्य दिखाई देता था। वास्तुकला विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि जल महल का डिजाइन उस दौर की इंजीनियरिंग क्षमता का उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण है। पानी के बीच स्थित होने के बावजूद इसकी संरचना सदियों से मजबूत बनी हुई है।

पानी में डूबी चार मंजिलें इंजीनियरिंग का अनोखा नमूना

जल महल को देखकर अधिकांश लोगों को लगता है कि यह केवल एक मंजिला इमारत है, लेकिन वास्तविकता इससे बिल्कुल अलग है। महल की कुल पांच मंजिलें हैं, जिनमें से चार मंजिलें मानसागर झील के पानी के भीतर रहती हैं। सबसे रोचक बात यह है कि पानी में लगातार डूबे रहने के बावजूद इन मंजिलों को गंभीर नुकसान नहीं पहुंचा। इसके पीछे उस समय इस्तेमाल की गई विशेष निर्माण तकनीक और चूने के गारे की भूमिका मानी जाती है। विशेष प्रकार के चूने, पत्थर और पारंपरिक जलरोधी सामग्री का उपयोग करके दीवारों को इस तरह तैयार किया गया था कि उनमें पानी का रिसाव न्यूनतम हो। यही कारण है कि लगभग ढाई शताब्दी से अधिक समय बीत जाने के बाद भी यह महल मजबूती के साथ खड़ा है। यह भारतीय पारंपरिक इंजीनियरिंग का एक अद्भुत उदाहरण माना जाता है।

पर्यटन और फोटोग्राफी का सबसे पसंदीदा केंद्र

धारा 163 लागू, पांच से अधिक लोगों के जुटने पर रोक

जेडीए की कार्रवाई को शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न कराने के लिए जयपुर पुलिस कमिश्नरेट ने पूरे शहर में भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता (BNSS) की धारा 163 लागू कर दी है। इस आदेश के तहत किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान पर पांच या उससे अधिक लोगों के एकत्रित होने पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। बिना प्रशासन की पूर्व अनुमति के धरना, प्रदर्शन, रैली, मार्च और जनसभा आयोजित नहीं की जा सकेगी। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह व्यवस्था 22 जून तक प्रभावी रहेगी। सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से लोगों को भड़काने या अवैध रूप से भीड़ जुटाने की कोशिश करने वालों के खिलाफ भी सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

जगतपुरा में बुलडोजर कार्रवाई, पूरा इलाका बना सुरक्षा छावनी

सोमवार सुबह करीब छह बजे जेडीए की मशीनें और डंपर जगतपुरा की नंदपुरी रोड पर पहुंचे। इसके साथ ही इलाके में व्यापक सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लागू कर दी गई। किसी भी अप्रिय स्थिति से निपटने के लिए 3,000 से अधिक अतिरिक्त पुलिसकर्मी, महिला पुलिस बल, दंगा नियंत्रण वाहन और आरएसी की विशेष टुकड़ियां तैनात की गईं। वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक और पुलिस अधिकारी मौके पर मौजूद रहकर पूरे अभियान की निगरानी करते रहे। प्रशासन का कहना है कि सड़क चौड़ीकरण और यातायात सुधार के लिए यह कार्रवाई आवश्यक है।

स्थानीय लोगों ने भी हटाए अतिक्रमण और धार्मिक ढांचे

कार्रवाई से पहले जिला प्रशासन और जेडीए अधिकारियों ने स्थानीय नागरिकों, सामाजिक संगठनों और धार्मिक समितियों के साथ कई दौर की बैठकें की थीं। समझाइश के बाद कई धार्मिक स्थलों के प्रबंधकों ने स्वयं आगे आकर सड़क सीमा में आ रही संरचनाओं को हटाना शुरू कर दिया। मंदिर, मस्जिद, मजार, चबूतरे और सत्संग भवनों से जुड़े लोगों ने शहर के विकास में सहयोग का संदेश दिया। वहीं बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय निवासियों ने भी अपने अवैध छज्जे, सीढ़ियां और रैंप स्वयं हटाए, जिससे प्रशासन की कार्रवाई अपेक्षाकृत आसान हो गई।

इंटरनेट बंदी पर फिर शुरू हुई बहस

जयपुर में अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई के दौरान इंटरनेट सेवाएं बंद किए जाने के बाद एक बार फिर नेटबंदी को लेकर चर्चा तेज हो गई है। राजस्थान पहले भी इंटरनेट बंदी के मामलों में देश के प्रमुख राज्यों में शामिल रहा है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि इंटरनेट बंदी अफवाहों और भड़काऊ संदेशों को रोकने में मदद करती है, लेकिन इससे व्यापार, ऑनलाइन सेवाओं, शिक्षा और डिजिटल भुगतान पर भी असर पड़ता है। जयपुर में पिछले कुछ वर्षों में कानून-व्यवस्था और संवेदनशील परिस्थितियों के दौरान कई बार मोबाइल इंटरनेट सेवाएं बंद की जा चुकी हैं।

कानून-व्यवस्था और परीक्षाओं के दौरान बार-बार हुई नेटबंदी

राजस्थान में इंटरनेट बंदी का इतिहास लंबा रहा है। वर्ष 2025 में चौमूं में धार्मिक विवाद, 2022 में उदयपुर के कन्हैयालाल हत्याकांड, 2020 के गुर्जर आरक्षण आंदोलन, 2019 के सीएए विरोध प्रदर्शन और रामगंज-गलता गेट तनाव जैसी घटनाओं के दौरान इंटरनेट सेवाएं बंद की गई थीं। इसके अलावा विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में पेपर लीक और नकल रोकने के लिए भी सरकार कई बार इंटरनेट बंद कर चुकी है। रीट 2021, पटवारी भर्ती परीक्षा, आरएएस परीक्षा और रीट मुख्य परीक्षा 2023 के दौरान बड़े स्तर पर डिजिटल प्रतिबंध लगाए गए थे। ऐसे में जयपुर की मौजूदा कार्रवाई ने इंटरनेट बंदी के उपयोग और उसके प्रभावों को लेकर एक नई बहस को जन्म दे दिया है।
