AAIB की टीम ने दुर्घटना स्थल का दौरा कर विमान के मलबे की गहन जांच की। महत्वपूर्ण इंजन और अन्य पुर्जों को विस्तृत परीक्षण के लिए मुख्यालय भेजा गया है। मलबा सुरक्षित स्थान पर रखकर आगे की जांच जारी है। इसके अलावा, प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों, एयरलाइन ऑपरेटर और ग्राउंड स्टाफ से भी बातचीत की गई है।

फ्यूल सैंपल का टेस्ट

जांच में शामिल अधिकारियों ने रांची में भरे गए ईंधन का सैंपल भी लैब में भेजा है। साथ ही, विमान की रखरखाव और संचालन से जुड़े रिकॉर्ड भी इकट्ठे किए गए हैं। इस पूरी प्रक्रियाओं का उद्देश्य भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकना है, और जांच अभी प्रारंभिक स्तर पर है।

एयर ट्रैफिक कंट्रोल से जानकारी जुटाई गई

जांच दल ने रांची और कोलकाता के एयर ट्रैफिक कंट्रोल केंद्रों का दौरा भी किया है। इससे जरूरी दस्तावेज और जानकारी प्राप्त की गई है। मौसम से जुड़ी जानकारी पटना, रायपुर और कोलकाता एयरपोर्ट के आईएमडी कार्यालयों से लेकर विशेष रूप से विश्लेषित की जा रही है।

अन्य हेलीकॉप्टर दुर्घटनाओं की भी जांच

एयर एंबुलेंस के अलावा, 24 फरवरी को अंडमान क्षेत्र में हेलीकॉप्टर क्रैश हुआ था। इस हेलीकॉप्टर में 7 लोग सवार थे, जिसमें एक नवजात भी शामिल था। इस हेलीकॉप्टर दुर्घटना की भी AAIB द्वारा प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट सामने आ चुकी है। समुद्र से मलबा निकालने में प्रगति हुई है और महत्वपूर्ण उपकरणों को सुरक्षित रखकर जांच की जा रही है।

सुरक्षा उपायों की सिफारिशें

जांच रिपोर्ट में DGCA को कुछ सुझाव दिए गए हैं। पवन हंस हेलीकॉप्टरों में यात्रियों के सीट बेल्ट और लाइफ जैकेट के सही इस्तेमाल को सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। इसके अलावा, पायलटों को पानी पर उतरने की स्थिति में फ्लोट सिस्टम के उपयोग से जागरूक करने के लिए निर्देश जारी करने की सिफारिश की गई है।

विभिन्न एजेंसियों का सहयोग

AAIB को फ्रांस की BEA एजेंसी से तकनीकी सलाहकारों का सहयोग भी मिल रहा है। यह सहयोग जांच की धार को और भी मजबूत करने में सहायक होगा। सभी संबंधित एजेंसियां मिलकर इस घटना की तह तक जाने का प्रयास कर रही हैं ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं न हों।

He noted the challenging terrain which complicated rescue efforts. “The Delhi team will come here for the investigation and try to recover the black box. The total number of deaths is seven,” Agarwal said.

Deputy Commissioner Keerthisree G mentioned that initial assessments suggest adverse weather conditions may have contributed to the crash. “It crashed due to a thunderstorm. Unfortunately, the team of doctors found them dead. The total number of people is seven. Two were crew members, and the remaining five were a patient and the patient’s family members,” she added.

According to officials, the aircraft departed from Ranchi at 7:11 PM IST and lost both communication and radar contact with Kolkata approximately 100 nautical miles southeast of Varanasi. Statements from the authorities indicate that further investigation into these circumstances is ongoing.

Deputy Commissioner Keerthisree G emphasized that while preliminary assessment points towards bad weather as a likely cause, a thorough investigation by aviation authorities will ultimately determine the exact reasons behind the disaster.

यूपी – लोकसभा चुनाव में पोलिंग पार्टी को आपात मदद के लिए तैनात है एयर एंबुलेंस

दरअसल, देश के सबसे बड़े राज्य यूपी में 7 चरणों में लोकसभा चुनाव (लोकसभा चुनाव न्यूज) होने हैं। इसको सकुशल निपटाने के सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए हैं। इस दौरान किसी भी आपदा से निपटने के लिए एयर एंबुलेंस और हेलीकॉप्टर भी चुनावी ड्यूटी का हिस्सा होंगे। जिसकी मदद से किसी भी इमरजेंसी की स्थिति में ना केवल मदद पहुंचाई जा सकेगी बल्कि अर्धसैनिक बलों, पुलिस बलों के व्यवस्थापन के साथ ही मेडिकल सहायता पहुंचाने में भी मदद मिलेगी। इन एयर एंबुलेंस और हेलीकॉप्टर को चरणों के हिसाब से अलग-अलग लोकेशन पर डेप्लॉय किया गया है। इस कदम को एहतियात के रूप में उठाया गया है, ताकि किसी आपात स्थिति में बड़ी दुर्घटना को रोका जा सके।

यूपी सरकार ने एयर एंबुलेंस के लिए किया है निजी कंपनी से समझौता

एयर एंबुलेंस और हेलिकॉप्टर हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम स्थित एक निजी एविएशन कंपनी से लीज पर लिया गया है। इसकी मदद से किसी भी संकट की स्थिति मेडिकल सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के साथ ही फोर्सेज को लाने और ले जाने में मददगार साबित होंगे। इसके माध्यम से प्रभावित स्थान तक तत्काल सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जा सकेगी। गुरुग्राम की जेट सर्व एविएशन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से 5.60 लाख रुपए के न्यूनतम उपयोग (2 घंटे प्रतिदिन) के लिए लीज पर लिया गया है। 7 दिन के हिसाब से इस पर कुल 39.20 लाख रुपए का खर्च आएगा।

Chief Minister Hemant Soren formally inaugurated the air ambulance services at Ranchi’s Birsa Munda Airport on Friday, 28th April. Air ambulance service will be available at Ranchi, Bokaro, Deoghar, Jamshedpur, Dumka, Dhanbad and Giridih airports.

For those who cannot pay

The CM has said that the government will make the service available for those who are unable to pay for the same. Talking about the same, the Chief Minister shared in a Facebook post, “The government intends to help every class from the air ambulance service. The government will provide air ambulance service to those who do not have money.”

In a separate social media post, Office of Chief Minister, Jharkhand expressed in Hindi, “The Chief Minister said that it is not so that only those who can give money will be able to use this service. This facility will also be given to those who won’t be able to pay as per requirement. The government intends to take them through air ambulance and provide better health care.”

Facilities and destinations

As per reports, the ambulance equipped with advance medical facilities, emergency equipments and doctors will be ready within two hours of booking. The ambulance comprises a team of specialist doctors, nurses and paramedics.

The air ambulance is currently flying to Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Varanasi, Lucknow and Tirupati.

Charges

The service is available reportedly at a price ranging from Rs 3-8 lakhs according to the destination. While flying to Delhi will reportedly cost Rs 5 lakhs, for Mumbai it can go up to 8 lakhs. For closer destinations like Kolkata, it will charge around 3 lakhs. For patients travelling to routes other than the abovementioned destinations, Rs 1.10 lakh will be charged per hour, mention reports.

Saving lives

Residents of the state have already started getting the benefits of the air ambulance service. 73-year-old Kunj Bihari Rai, a resident of Ramgarh who is suffering from cardiac problem and undergoing treatment at Raj Hospital, was flown to Delhi on Sunday via air ambulance for better treatment. The patient’s family members have expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister.
