MHADA Lottery 2026: घर खरीदने वालों को मिला बड़ा मौका

MHADA की इस बार की Housing Lottery मुंबई के लोगों के लिए बेहद अहम मानी जा रही है। कुल 2640 फ्लैट्स की बिक्री के लिए Computerized Lottery निकाली गई है। ये घर मुंबई के कई बड़े इलाकों में मौजूद हैं। सबसे ज्यादा चर्चा विक्रोली के Kannamwar Nagar Project की हो रही है। यहां कुल 1221 फ्लैट्स में से 610 फ्लैट्स अब सिर्फ Higher Income Group (HIG) के लिए रिजर्व किए गए हैं। इतना ही नहीं, इन घरों की कीमतों में 7.5 प्रतिशत की कटौती भी की गई है। MHADA का कहना है कि ज्यादा लोगों को घर खरीदने का मौका देने के लिए यह फैसला लिया गया है। इस प्रोजेक्ट में लोगों को फ्री पार्किंग भी दी जाएगी। मुंबई जैसे शहर में जहां Parking बड़ी समस्या बन चुकी है, वहां यह सुविधा लोगों के लिए बड़ी राहत मानी जा रही है।

BDD Chawl Redevelopment में दिखा बड़ा बदलाव

इसी बीच MHADA के Vice President और CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal ने मुंबई के सबसे बड़े Redevelopment Projects में शामिल BDD Chawl Projects का दौरा किया। उन्होंने Worli BDD Chawl, N.M. Joshi Marg Project, Naigaon Project और Kannamwar Nagar Vikhroli Project का निरीक्षण किया। वर्ली प्रोजेक्ट में अब तक 556 Rehabilitation Flats लोगों को दिए जा चुके हैं। दौरे के दौरान Sanjeev Jaiswal खुद कुछ लाभार्थियों के घर पहुंचे और उनसे बातचीत की।

अब जिंदगी बदल गई है — लोगों ने बताई खुशी

BDD Chawl में रहने वाले कई परिवारों ने कहा कि पहले वे छोटे, पुराने और असुरक्षित घरों में रहते थे, लेकिन अब उन्हें आधुनिक सुविधाओं वाले बड़े 2BHK फ्लैट मिले हैं। लोगों ने बताया कि बच्चों को पढ़ाई के लिए अलग कमरा मिला, महिलाओं को सुरक्षित माहौल मिला, बुजुर्गों के लिए बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलीं, साफ-सफाई और Ventilation बेहतर हुआ, कई लोगों ने कहा कि Redevelopment ने सिर्फ उनका घर नहीं, बल्कि पूरी Lifestyle बदल दी।

Sanjeev Jaiswal ने अधिकारियों को दिए सख्त निर्देश

निरीक्षण के दौरान Sanjeev Jaiswal ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि सभी प्रोजेक्ट तय समय में पूरे किए जाएं और Quality से कोई समझौता न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि Technical Issues तुरंत हल किए जाएं, Residents को नियमित जानकारी दी जाए, शिकायतों का समय पर समाधान किया जाए, Redevelopment पूरी तरह Citizen-Centric होना चाहिए।

South Mumbai के लोगों को बड़ी डिजिटल राहत

MHADA ने South Mumbai के पुराने Cessed Buildings में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए नया Grievance Redressal Management System भी लॉन्च किया है। यह सिस्टम खासतौर पर उन लोगों के लिए बनाया गया है जिन्हें Transit Rent नहीं मिल रहा, घर का कब्जा नहीं मिला, Redevelopment में देरी हो रही, Developer से विवाद चल रहा, अब लोग Online Complaint दर्ज कर सकेंगे, Documents Upload कर पाएंगे और Complaint Status Track कर पाएंगे।

हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद शुरू हुआ सिस्टम

दरअसल बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने MHADA को आदेश दिया था कि Transit Rent और Redevelopment से जुड़ी शिकायतों के लिए Time-Bound Mechanism बनाया जाए। इसके बाद यह Digital System शुरू किया गया। इस सिस्टम में शिकायत दर्ज होते ही अधिकारियों को SMS और Email जाएगा, Deputy Engineer शिकायत की जांच करेंगे, Developers भी Online जवाब दे सकेंगे, पूरा रिकॉर्ड Digital रहेगा। MHADA का कहना है कि इससे Transparency बढ़ेगी और लोगों को जल्दी न्याय मिलेगा।

मुंबई की Housing तस्वीर बदलने की कोशिश

MHADA इस समय मुंबई में Affordable Housing, Redevelopment और Digital Governance तीनों मोर्चों पर तेजी से काम कर रहा है। Housing Lottery से जहां हजारों लोगों को घर मिलने की उम्मीद है, वहीं BDD Chawl Redevelopment और Grievance Redressal System जैसे कदम मुंबई की Housing Infrastructure को नया रूप देने की दिशा में अहम माने जा रहे हैं।

खारघर में बनेगा Africa India Business Centre

CIDCO ने नवी मुंबई के International Corporate Park, खारघर में करीब 20 एकड़ जमीन इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए तय की है। यहां एक बड़ा अफ्रीका इंडिया बिज़नेस सेंटर बनाया जाएगा, जो भारत और 54 अफ्रीकी देशों के बीच व्यापार, निवेश, सांस्कृतिक संबंध और Business Collaboration को बढ़ावा देगा। सरकार के मुताबिक यह प्रोजेक्ट आने वाले 5 से 6 साल में पूरी तरह तैयार हो जाएगा। इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) बनाया जाएगा, जिसमें AIEF की 74% हिस्सेदारी और CIDCO की 26% हिस्सेदारी होगी।

CIDCO Africa India Business Centre: क्या-क्या होगा इस मेगा प्रोजेक्ट में?

यह AIIDZ एक Integrated Global Business Hub की तरह तैयार किया जाएगा। इसमें कई आधुनिक सुविधाएं होंगी, जिनमें 54 अफ्रीकी देशों और भारतीय कंपनियों के लिए ऑफिस स्पेस, बड़ा Convention और Exhibition Centre, 5 से 6 हजार लोगों की क्षमता वाला ऑडिटोरियम, होटल और सर्विस अपार्टमेंट, Cultural और Retail Hub, Africa–India Bio Dome शामिल हैं। करीब 2.5 लाख स्क्वायर फीट का Exhibition Space भी बनाया जाएगा, जहां सालभर International Business Events, Conferences और Trade Shows आयोजित होंगे।

महाराष्ट्र को मिलेगा बड़ा आर्थिक फायदा

मुख्यमंत्री Devendra Fadnavis ने कहा कि यह प्रोजेक्ट महाराष्ट्र को India-Africa Engagement का Global Hub बनाएगा। इससे व्यापार, रोजगार और अंतरराष्ट्रीय निवेश के नए रास्ते खुलेंगे। वहीं उपमुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने कहा कि खारघर का यह डेवलपमेंट जोन मुंबई मेट्रोपॉलिटन रीजन को International Business Destination के रूप में और मजबूत करेगा। CIDCO के Vice Chairman और MD Vijay Singhal ने कहा कि यह प्रोजेक्ट भारत और अफ्रीका के बीच आर्थिक रिश्तों को नई दिशा देगा और Global South के लिए बड़ा प्लेटफॉर्म बनेगा।

एयरपोर्ट और JNPT के पास होने का मिलेगा फायदा

यह प्रोजेक्ट नवी मुंबई इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट और JNPT Port के बेहद करीब होगा। इसी वजह से इसे International Trade और Logistics के लिहाज से काफी अहम माना जा रहा है। सरकार का दावा है कि यह सेंटर साल में 250 से ज्यादा दिनों तक सक्रिय रहेगा और इससे बड़े पैमाने पर रोजगार, Tourism और MSME सेक्टर को फायदा होगा।

Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis Bike Ride PUC Matter: बाइक राइड पर उठा विवाद

मुख्यमंत्री Devendra Fadnavis ने मालाबार हिल स्थित अपने सरकारी आवास वर्षा बंगले से नरिमन पॉइंट स्थित विधान भवन तक बाइक से सफर किया। उनके साथ मंत्री Ashish Shelar भी पीछे बैठे नजर आए। बताया गया कि यह कदम प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के Fuel Conservation और Sustainable Transport के संदेश को समर्थन देने के लिए उठाया गया था। लेकिन इस बाइक राइड के बाद कांग्रेस सांसद Varsha Gaikwad ने सोशल मीडिया पर बाइक की डिटेल्स शेयर करते हुए दावा किया कि वाहन का PUC जनवरी 2025 में ही खत्म हो चुका था। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि अगर आम आदमी एक्सपायर्ड PUC वाली गाड़ी चलाए तो कार्रवाई होती है, तो क्या मुख्यमंत्री पर भी नियम लागू होंगे?

BEST और मुंबई की सड़कों पर भी उठाए सवाल

कांग्रेस सांसद ने कहा कि अगर मुख्यमंत्री वास्तव में जनता की समस्याओं को समझना चाहते, तो उन्हें आम मुंबईकरों की तरह बस स्टॉप पर इंतजार करके BEST बस में सफर करना चाहिए था। उन्होंने Wet Lease बस ड्राइवरों की ट्रेनिंग और यात्रियों की सुरक्षा पर भी चिंता जताई। साथ ही मुंबई में Walkability यानी पैदल चलने की सुविधाओं को लेकर भी सरकार को घेरा। फिलहाल मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय या ट्रैफिक विभाग की ओर से इस आरोप पर कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई है।

कई विभाग एक ही जगह पर देंगे सेवाएं

यह जिलास्तरीय समाधान शिविर अंधेरी पश्चिम स्थित शाहाजी राजे भोसले क्रीड़ा संकुल के बैडमिंटन हॉल में आयोजित होगा। इस शिविर में मुंबई उपनगर जिले के बोरीवली, अंधेरी और कुर्ला तहसील से जुड़े अधिकारी मौजूद रहेंगे। साथ ही कई अहम विभाग भी हिस्सा लेंगे। इसमें रेवेन्यू, बीएमसी, राशन, लैंड रिकॉर्ड, इलेक्शन, महिला व बाल कल्याण, एसआरए, (SRA), स्पोर्ट्स, एजुकेशन, ट्रांसपोर्टेशन और Social Welfare Department जैसे विभाग शामिल होंगे। सरकार का कहना है कि इस Samadhan Shibir Mumbai में नागरिक अपनी शिकायतें सीधे अधिकारियों के सामने रख सकेंगे और कई मामलों का मौके पर ही निपटारा किया जाएगा। इससे लोगों को सरकारी कामों में होने वाली देरी से राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।

बड़े मंत्री भी करेंगे शिविर का दौरा – Iresh Chappalwar

With the new directives, Ghadi instructed the BMC’s licensing department to issue notices to those failing to comply with the rules. He further warned that if establishments choose to ignore these regulations, they may face repercussions, alluding to a “Shiv Sena-style” response.

Concerns Raised by Committee Members

The necessity for enforcing the display of Marathi signboards was underscored during the meeting, primarily by Tajinder Singh Tiwana, a member of the Legal Committee and municipal corporator. Tiwana pointed out that several notable hotels and commercial buildings—such as The Westin and Morgan Stanley—currently display their names only in English, failing to accommodate the local language.

Diksha Karkar, chairperson of the Law Committee, raised pressing questions regarding the administration’s adherence to the Supreme Court’s orders. She expressed concern over the lack of mandatory enforcement of these directives, highlighting the prevalence of signboards in other languages like Urdu and Hindi, while Marathi is overlooked. मुंबई में LIC की 68 पुरानी इमारतें

जानकारी के मुताबिक मुंबई शहर के फोर्ट, गिरगांव, माटुंगा और दादर इलाके में LIC की कुल 68 उपकरप्राप्त इमारतें हैं। इन इमारतों में बड़ी संख्या में निवासी और व्यावसायिक किरायेदार रहते हैं। कई इमारतें बेहद पुरानी हो चुकी हैं और उनकी हालत काफी खराब बताई जा रही है। इन इमारतों की खराब स्थिति को देखते हुए रहिवासियों की सुरक्षा बड़ा मुद्दा बन गई थी।

बैठक में LIC की ओर से इन इमारतों के Redevelopment को लेकर सकारात्मक रुख दिखाया गया। बताया गया कि पुनर्विकास की प्रक्रिया को तेजी से आगे बढ़ाने के लिए सभी जरूरी कदम उठाए जाएंगे। वहीं म्हाडा की ओर से भी भरोसा दिया गया कि पूरी प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रूप से पूरा करने के लिए हर संभव सहयोग किया जाएगा ताकि रहिवासियों को सुरक्षित और आधुनिक घर मिल सकें।

Reasons Behind the Water Cut

The BMC’s Public Relations Officer has indicated that the water supply levels are significantly low. Citing forecasts from the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the BMC has warned of a potentially inadequate monsoon influenced by the El Nino and Indian Ocean Dipole phenomena. Therefore, residents are advised to conserve water and use it judiciously.

Despite the serious situation, the BMC reassured citizens that there is no immediate cause for alarm. They expressed that the water conservation measures are precautionary and should not lead to undue panic among the population.

The BMC noted that the current usable water capacity stands at only 23.52 per cent, with a total availability of 340,399 million litres in the city’s reservoirs against an annual requirement of 1,447,363 million litres. The municipal administration is closely monitoring the situation.

To supplement the water supply during this period, Mumbai is expected to receive additional water of 147,092 million litres from the Bhatsa Dam’s maintenance reserve. Additionally, 90,000 million litres will be sourced from the Upper Vaitarna Dam’s reserve. This move is intended to alleviate some of the water scarcity during the upcoming dry months.

The water cut will also extend to the supply provided by the BMC to the Thane and Bhiwandi-Nizampur Municipal Corporations, along with neighbouring villages. This enforcement will commence on May 15 and will remain in place until there is a significant improvement in rainfall and reservoir water levels.

Prior to this water cut, the BMC had previously executed a planned 30-hour water supply shutdown in certain areas of Mumbai between May 5 and May 6. This shutdown was necessary for critical maintenance and connections in their Water Supply Project, aimed at ensuring the overall integrity and efficiency of water distribution in the city.

Held across Mumbai from May 6 to May 10, the festival transformed hospitals, galleries, beaches, parks, colleges, community centres, and public spaces into platforms for dialogue, creativity, healing, movement, and collective care.

The festival was presented with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) as the Title Partner and Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies as the Associate Partner.

Over the course of five days, MAHF 2026 hosted more than 50 events across the city, engaging over 50,000 citizens through performances, workshops, discussions, public interventions, screenings, movement-based practices, and environmental initiatives. The festival brought together more than 150 community partners, artists, facilitators, institutions, and collaborators, while also working closely with civic and government bodies including the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and the Greater Mumbai Police. Through panels, workshops, performances, screenings, research sessions, public art engagements, and environmental initiatives, the festival positioned arts and creativity as integral to wellbeing, healthcare, sustainability, and social connection.

Day 1: Opening the City Through Arts and Health

The festival commenced on May 6 with the Opening Celebration held at the Auditorium, Nanavati Max Hospital, Vile Parle East. The opening session featured research poster presentations and a panel discussion on “Arts as Rehabilitation,” bringing together practitioners from dance movement therapy, music therapy, and expressive arts. The discussion focused on how arts-based practices can function as integrative tools within mental health, rehabilitation, and healthcare systems.

The evening expanded the festival into public spaces through Community Art Hour sessions held simultaneously at Five Gardens in Wadala, Joggers Park in Bandra West, and Brahmala Park in Thane. These sessions encouraged participants of all ages to engage with creativity within familiar neighbourhood spaces and highlighted the importance of accessible arts participation.

Another key initiative on Day 1 was “Eco Arts: Bringing the Outside, Inside,” conducted at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon, in collaboration with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). The engagement integrated environmental awareness with creative expression, inviting participants to reflect on sustainability through interactive artistic experiences.

A dedicated Golden Circle session for senior citizens was also conducted at Malabar Hill, focusing on ageing, wellbeing, engagement, and community participation through arts-based activities.

Day 2: Research, Lived Experience, and Community Storytelling

Day 2 of the festival shifted the focus towards deeper inquiry, research exchange, and community-led narratives.

A major highlight was the immersive GRACE-EPI (Global Research on Arts, Cultural Engagement and Epidemiology) session held in Dharavi with support from Rima Basu and the ACORN Foundation. GRACE-EPI is a seven-year global programme supported by the Wellcome Discovery Award and brought together international researchers Albert Nkata, Sherry Abdulla Bunn, and Rodger Phiri. The session facilitators from Team MAHF included Mahek Shringhey, Karishma Pavaskar, and Devika Kadam.

The session explored methods of measuring the impact of creativity on health and wellbeing while grounding global research frameworks within local realities. Waste pickers, cooks, and artists from the Dharavi rock band participated directly in the engagement, reinforcing the principle that arts and health practices must remain rooted in lived experiences and accessible to all communities.

The day also featured a Creative Ageing session in Vile Parle, which explored the role of arts in supporting emotional wellbeing and social connection among older adults.

An emotionally resonant screening curated by CORO India in collaboration with the Mast Mahila Mandali took place at the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), Fort. The film and subsequent discussion highlighted the power of community-led storytelling through cinematography, photography, and videography. Members of the Mast Mahila Mandali engaged directly with audiences during a question-and-answer session, sharing their experiences as creators, performers, and storytellers.

Day 3: Climate, Care, and Collective Participation

On Day 3, the festival deepened its engagement with environmental awareness, movement, and collective care.

The central event of the day was the “Climate, Care, and Creativity” panel held at NGMA, Fort, in collaboration with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board. The discussion brought together MPCB official Mr. Shakil Shaikh, Festival Chairperson Mrs. Devika Mehta Kadam, Mr. Chinu Kwatra, and Ms. Prarthana Agarwal, moderated by Mr. Rohan Shivkumar.

The panel explored how creative practices can strengthen public engagement with climate consciousness, sustainability, and shared responsibility. An art walk following the discussion extended these conversations into an experiential public format.</

The day also included a Dance and Zumba session at SRCC Hospital, Mahalaxmi, integrating movement practices within healthcare settings, while a Stop Motion Animation workshop at St. Xavier’s College, Fort, encouraged younger participants to explore storytelling through visual media.

At the Agatsu Community Center in Bandra, the “Power of Community in Arts and Healing” panel foregrounded grassroots leadership, shared healing, and collective participation. The session concluded with a playback theatre performance that transformed audience experiences into live artistic narratives.

A Folk Dance – Garba session at Ukiyo Studios, Malad, further reinforced the role of traditional cultural practices as living forms of social connection, joy, and wellbeing.

Day 4: Reflection, Nature, and Mental Health Dialogues

Day 4 focused on slowing down, reflective participation, and nature-based engagement.

The day began with a series of early morning public sessions including “Nature Unplugged” at Yeoor, Thane; “Sweat, Stretch & Sketch” at Central Park, Thane; and “Eco Art & Yoga” at Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Borivali. These sessions encouraged participants to engage with mindfulness, movement, environmental awareness, and creativity within natural surroundings.

A Community Art & Movement session at Juhu Beach extended this engagement into a collective public space, creating opportunities for embodied participation and shared artistic exploration.

Healthcare professionals at SRCC Hospital also participated in a dedicated Self-Care Through Movement session, highlighting the importance of arts-based wellbeing practices for caregivers and medical workers.

An “Arts for Mental Health” panel in Govandi, curated by Natasha Sharma, brought together practitioners and participants for an extended discussion around mental health, accessibility, and community care. Although the scheduled art walk did not take place, the session evolved into a rich and deeply participatory dialogue.

The day concluded with a screening of “In Transit” in Bandra alongside performances and community art presentations by artists from queer communities, creating an inclusive space for expression, dialogue, and visibility.

Day 5: Environmental Action and Closing Celebrations

The festival’s final day combined environmental action with public celebration.

In partnership with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, MAHF organised a large-scale beach clean-up at Dadar Beach. The initiative was attended by MPCB Chairman Mr. Siddhesh R. Kadam and Team MAHF led by Festival Chairperson Ms. Devika Mehta Kadam, with support from Mr. Chinuu Kwatra of Khushiyan Foundation.

The clean-up brought together volunteers, students, local artists, and government officials in a collective effort to remove marine waste and reinforce the relationship between environmental health and community wellbeing.

A recyclable art installation created using five kilograms of plastic by artists Ms. Shikha Shah and Ms. Bianca Joseph served as a visual reminder of sustainability and responsible public engagement through art.

The initiative resulted in the collection of 317 kilograms of waste, of which 193 kilograms was processed as recyclable material.

The festival concluded in Bandra with the “Steps” Closing Celebrations, which transformed public spaces into sites of performance, movement, workshops, music, and interactive installations.

Highlights of the closing celebration included immersive movement and music performances tracing the festival’s journey from “Pause” to “Pulse,” community-created art installations that invited public participation, and interactive workshops and stalls that encouraged continued engagement.

Speaking on the conclusion of the festival, Festival Chairperson Devika Mehta Kadam said:

“The Mumbai Arts and Health Festival was designed to show that creativity is not a luxury, but a vital tool for resilience and wellbeing. From the wards of hospitals to beaches, parks, galleries, and public spaces, we witnessed people reconnecting with themselves, with one another, and with the city through the arts. The focus was on transforming public spaces for community healing and building an ecosystem of care through creativity. This closing is not an end, but the beginning of a sustained movement toward a more connected, compassionate, and creative Mumbai.”

Across five days, MAHF 2026 created a city-wide platform for collaboration between healthcare systems, researchers, artists, grassroots organisations, educational institutions, environmental bodies, and communities.

The festival reinforced the idea that the arts are not peripheral to public life, but essential to resilience, wellbeing, accessibility, environmental awareness, and collective care.

The inaugural edition concluded with a renewed commitment to sustaining these conversations and collaborations beyond the festival, carrying forward the vision of “One City, One Pulse.”

12 साल पुराने घर के मामले में मिला राहत का आदेश

लोकशाही दिन में छत्रपति संभाजीनगर मंडल से जुड़े एक मामले में रावसाहेब कांबले ने शिकायत की थी कि उन्होंने साल 2012 में पहले आओ, पहले पाओ योजना के तहत घर के लिए आवेदन किया था और पूरी रकम भी जमा कर दी थी। लेकिन भुगतान में देरी होने के कारण घर किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को दे दिया गया। मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान संजीव जायसवाल ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि कांबले से कोई अतिरिक्त रकम न ली जाए और उसी प्रोजेक्ट में उपलब्ध दूसरी अच्छी स्थिति वाला घर उन्हें तुरंत दी जाए। साथ ही घर की मरम्मत और रंगाई-पुताई कर उसे रहने लायक बनाकर अगले लोकशाही दिन से पहले कब्जा देने के आदेश भी दिए गए।

महिला के घर का पानी बंद करने पर सोसायटी को फटकार

दूसरा मामला मुंबई के चारकोप इलाके की आश्रय को-ऑपरेटिव हाउसिंग सोसायटी से जुड़ा था। यहां रहने वाली प्रतिभा घाडगे ने शिकायत की कि सोसायटी ने उनके घर के शौचालय का पानी बंद कर दिया है और उन्हें परेशान किया जा रहा है। इस पर सुनवाई करते हुए म्हाडा के अधिकारियों ने सोसायटी पदाधिकारियों और शिकायतकर्ता को आमने-सामने बैठाकर विवाद सुलझाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही सोसायटी को तुरंत पानी सप्लाई शुरू करने का आदेश भी दिया गया।

लोगों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान पर जोर

म्हाडा की ओर से आयोजित इस लोकशाही दिन में मुंबई मंडल और छत्रपति संभाजीनगर मंडल से जुड़े एक-एक आवेदन पर सुनवाई हुई। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि नागरिकों की समस्याओं का जल्द समाधान करना ही इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।
