जापान और मुंबई से भी आए बड़े निवेश प्रस्ताव

CM सैनी ने प्रधानमंत्री को जापान यात्रा के दौरान हुए निवेश समझौतों की भी जानकारी दी। जापान में करीब 4,500 करोड़ रुपये के MoU हुए थे, जिनमें से लगभग 2,500 करोड़ रुपये की परियोजनाएं धरातल पर आ चुकी हैं। इसके अलावा इसी महीने मुंबई में प्रमुख उद्योगपतियों के साथ हुई बैठक में करीब 66 हजार करोड़ रुपये के MoU साइन किए गए। सरकार का कहना है कि इन निवेश प्रस्तावों से प्रदेश में उद्योगों के विस्तार के साथ रोजगार के नए अवसर भी पैदा होंगे।

गुरुग्राम के जलभराव पर सरकार का बड़ा एक्शन प्लान

मुलाकात के बाद मुख्यमंत्री ने गुरुग्राम में जलभराव की समस्या को लेकर भी जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार पिछले कई वर्षों से जल निकासी व्यवस्था सुधारने पर काम कर रही है। इस साल कम समय में हुई तेज बारिश के कारण कई इलाकों में पानी भर गया था, लेकिन प्रशासन के अनुसार कई जगहों पर जल निकासी पहले के मुकाबले तेजी से हुई। सरकार ने जलभराव वाले 99 स्थानों को चिन्हित किया है। इनमें से अधिकांश जगहों पर वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग वेल लगाए गए हैं। इसके अलावा नालों की सफाई को पहली बार कैमरा आधारित निरीक्षण से जोड़ने की बात कही गई है, ताकि डी-सिल्टिंग का काम ठीक तरीके से हो सके।

नालों से लेकर तालाबों तक सुधार का दावा

गुरुग्राम में हीरो होंडा चौक के पास जयपुर-दिल्ली हाईवे पर नया नाला बनाया गया है। वहीं लैग-1, 2 और 3 की सफाई कर अतिक्रमण हटाया गया है, जबकि लैग-4 को भी चालू किया गया है। अरावली क्षेत्र में चेक डैम बनाए गए हैं, ताकि पहाड़ी इलाकों से आने वाले पानी को सीधे शहर की ओर आने से रोका जा सके। सरकार के अनुसार 74 पुराने तालाबों और जल निकायों को भी व्यवस्थित किया गया है।

नूंह के रास्ते यमुना तक पहुंचाया जाएगा पानी

गुरुग्राम के जलभराव के स्थायी समाधान के लिए जापानी कंपनी निप्पॉन कोई से सर्वे कराया जा रहा है। सर्वे के बाद गुरुग्राम के निचले इलाकों से पानी को नूंह के रास्ते यमुना तक पहुंचाने की योजना पर काम किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही IIT दिल्ली के सहयोग से रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग की नई परियोजना भी शुरू की गई है। इसके तहत अगले मानसून से पहले करीब 100 नए स्ट्रक्चर तैयार करने का लक्ष्य है, जिससे बारिश के दौरान 25 से 30 करोड़ लीटर पानी भूजल में पहुंचाया जा सकेगा।

अगले मानसून तक सुधार का दावा

मुख्यमंत्री नायब सैनी ने भरोसा जताया कि इन योजनाओं के लागू होने के बाद अगले मानसून तक गुरुग्राम में जलभराव की स्थिति में और बड़ा सुधार देखने को मिलेगा। दूसरी ओर, राज्य सरकार का बड़ा लक्ष्य हरियाणा को निवेश के लिए बेहतर जगह बनाना है।

The circumstances surrounding the discovery of Shyamveer’s body took a turn when his family, worried about his unusual absence, grew suspicious after communication from Keshav. She had allegedly stated that he had left home following an argument, which prompted his brother, Rambir, and his son-in-law to investigate further. Under the newly implemented system, the Gurugram Traffic Police will provide continuous updates regarding school transportation routes on rainy days. Routes will be categorised as clear, slow-moving, or unsafe due to waterlogging. Schools will receive these updates in the morning, midday, and afternoon, particularly when rainfall occurs or alerts are issued by the India Meteorological Department.

In the event of heavy rain making a route unsafe, a flash update will be disseminated within thirty minutes to ensure that schools can make informed decisions regarding bus movements. Schools are required to communicate these updates to their transport teams, allowing for adjustments in bus routing as necessary.

If a route is identified as waterlogged, buses are obligated to utilise an alternative route. Should there be no safe options available, students must remain within the school premises under the supervision of staff members, and parents will be notified immediately regarding this change.

Child Safety Protocols at Bus Stops

Schools have been instructed not to drop students at unattended bus stops or locations that are waterlogged. The established protocol requires that children be handed over solely to their parents or authorised guardians. Additionally, every school bus is mandated to have a staff escort, adequate drinking water, and a driver specifically instructed to avoid navigating through flooded areas or underpasses.

Schools are responsible for notifying parents via SMS or school applications if there are alterations in bus routes or alterations to the scheduled dispersal time. This communication is critical to ensure that parents are kept informed of their children’s transportation arrangements during adverse weather conditions.

On days characterized by heavy rainfall or alerts from the IMD, Haryana Roadways will keep available backup buses in locations that provide all-weather access. शहर की रफ्तार पर ब्रेक: स्कूल बंद, दफ्तरों में WFH

सोमवार को हुई करीब 70 से 100 मिलीमीटर की भारी बारिश के बाद आज, मंगलवार (25 अगस्त) को भी हालात बेहद गंभीर बने हुए हैं। सोमवार को सुभाष चौक और राजीव चौक जैसे प्रमुख चौराहों पर स्कूली बसें 2 से 3 घंटे तक पानी के बीच फंसी रहीं, जिसके बाद बच्चों को सुरक्षित निकालने के लिए भारी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी। इस स्थिति को देखते हुए जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (DDMA) ने तुरंत कदम उठाते हुए आज के लिए सख्त एडवाइजरी जारी की है।

स्कूल हुए ऑनलाइन: गुरुग्राम के सभी सरकारी और निजी स्कूलों को बंद रखकर कक्षाएं ऑनलाइन संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

दफ्तरों के लिए Work From Home: सभी कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालयों और निजी संस्थानों को सलाह दी गई है कि वे अपने कर्मचारियों को घर से काम (WFH) करने की अनुमति दें, ताकि सड़कों पर ट्रैफिक जाम को कम किया जा सके और ड्रेनेज की मरम्मत का काम तेजी से हो सके।

जनता का फूटा गुस्सा: “हम टैक्स क्यों दें?”

इस भारी बदइंतजामी के बाद टैक्सपेयर्स और शहर के उद्योगपतियों का गुस्सा सातवें आसमान पर है। कई स्टार्टअप फाउंडर्स और निवासियों ने सोशल मीडिया पर हरियाणा सरकार और गुरुग्राम महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण (GMDA) को टैग करते हुए तीखे सवाल पूछे हैं। लोगों का कहना है कि वे करोड़ों रुपये का प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स और भारी रोड टैक्स चुकाते हैं, लेकिन एक घंटे की बारिश भी यह शहर झेल नहीं पाता। सोशल मीडिया पर लोग तंज कसते हुए गुरुग्राम को ‘साइबर सिटी’ के बजाय ‘वेनिस सिटी’ (तैरता हुआ शहर) बुला रहे हैं।

प्राकृतिक नालों पर कब्जा: अरावली से आने वाले पानी के जो प्राकृतिक रास्ते (जोहड़ और तालाब) थे, उन पर कंक्रीट की ऊंची इमारतें खड़ी कर दी गई हैं।

According to officials from the Women Police Station at Khanpur Kalan, one of the interns was heading towards the library around 10:30 pm when she was targeted. The other intern was also approached shortly after while on her way to her duty. Both individuals reported inappropriate touching by the accused, with the incidents happening at brief intervals.

The police noted that following the complaints from the interns, a case was lodged against the accused. Subsequently, the individual was arrested on August 16, 2026. The case has been registered under relevant sections of the law pertaining to the assault against women and stalking.

In the aftermath of these events, students from the medical college expressed their concerns through a protest outside the office of the institute’s director on August 19, 2026. The demonstration was aimed at highlighting the need for enhanced security measures on campus. Students voiced their discontent with the current safety protocols, emphasising the importance of a secure environment for everyone involved in the medical training process.

A student representative informed reporters that they had raised their security concerns with college authorities. During a meeting, officials provided assurances, but students were disappointed to find that there was no security personnel present at the location where the incidents occurred, nor had adequate lighting been installed. Students articulated their fears, stating that the current levels of security were insufficient not only for MBBS students but also for healthcare workers, doctors, patients, and other individuals on campus. They called for immediate measures to enhance security protocols in light of the alleged assault on their fellow interns.

The authorities have acknowledged the protest and are reportedly reviewing security arrangements on the college grounds. Officials have assured that steps will be taken to boost the safety of students, which may include increasing the number of security personnel and improving lighting across the campus.

Police officials have also emphasised the seriousness of the allegations and affirmed their commitment to ensuring the safety of women in educational institutions. The arrested individual now faces legal proceedings under the Karnataka police code, with further inquiries ongoing.

This order was issued on August 10, indicating that the hiring activities associated with the university’s advertisement from June 11 have now been suspended. The court has stated that the recruitment process will remain on hold until the next scheduled hearing on September 17, 2026.

The case was presided over by Justice Sandeep Moudgil. During the hearing, lawyers representing the respondents informed the court that the recruitment had already been halted in light of the ongoing legal proceedings.

Allegations of Examination Irregularities

BJP MP Sambit Patra has suggested that the recruitment examination was marred by allegations of a paper leak. Patra accused the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government of initially downplaying these claims as mere irregularities.

“Patra noted, “A few hours ago, the Punjab and Haryana High Court issued a significant decision. Last month, examinations for the pharmacy officer recruitment, which were conducted in July 2026 by BFUHS, were alleged to have involved a leak.” He expressed concern over the government’s initial stance on the issue.

According to Patra, the government took steps to suspend those allegedly involved in misconduct but failed to halt the examination process or conduct a fresh test. “They have claimed these were simply irregularities and that those responsible had been suspended, yet the examination continued,” he said.

Court’s Directives and Upcoming Hearing

The High Court’s ruling explicitly states that appointments for the 454 positions cannot proceed during the review of the ongoing petition. It has allowed the State and other related parties to provide their responses while mandating that any replies be submitted at least one week in advance of the next hearing.

This interim order will continue to be effective until the judiciary reconvenes on September 17. The court’s decision reflects ongoing concerns about the transparency and integrity of the recruitment process.

Patra also claimed that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had consistently denied the occurrence of a paper leak. “This demonstrates that both the Congress party and the Aam Aadmi Party possess double standards,” he remarked, emphasising the need for accountability in governance.
