कर्मचारियों की मांगें, राज्य के स्वामित्व पर खतरा

हरियाणा बिजली कर्मचारी और इंजीनियर्स संयुक्त संघर्ष मोर्चा के बैनर तले कर्मचारी 22 से 24 अक्टूबर तक तीन दिवसीय हड़ताल पर हैं। दरअसल, हरियाणा बिजली नियामक आयोग (HERC) ने हाल ही में इलेवन पावर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को गुरुग्राम और नूह में बिजली वितरण के लिए 25 साल का समानांतर लाइसेंस दिया है। कर्मचारियों का आरोप है कि यह कदम पिछले दरवाजे से किया जा रहा निजीकरण है, जिससे ज्यादा राजस्व देने वाले औद्योगिक और वाणिज्यिक क्षेत्र निजी हाथों में चले जाएंगे। इससे राज्य के स्वामित्व वाले दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम (DHBVN) को भारी नुकसान होगा। गुस्साए कर्मचारियों ने राज्य भर में HERC के आदेश की प्रतियां जलाई हैं। साथ ही केंद्रीय ऊर्जा मंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर, मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी और HERC के अध्यक्ष मुकेश गर्ग के पुतले भी फूंके गए हैं। यह प्रदर्शन कर्मचारियों के गुस्से को दर्शाता है और उनकी मांगों को उठाने का एक तरीका है।

सरकार की तरफ से कर्मचारियों को भरोसा दिया गया है। हड़ताल से ठीक पहले कर्मचारियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने ऊर्जा मंत्री अनिल विज से मुलाकात की थी। अनिल विज ने कर्मचारियों का समर्थन करते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने कभी आवेदन आमंत्रित नहीं किए थे और सरकार इस आदेश के खिलाफ है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार 5 से 6 दिनों में अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण (APTEL) में अपील दायर कर स्टे मांगेगी और जरूरत पड़ने पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने भी एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक बुलाई। मुख्यमंत्री ने भरोसा दिलाया कि सरकार कर्मचारियों के साथ है और वो चाहें तो अपनी पसंद के वकीलों के जरिए भी मुकदमा लड़ सकते हैं। सैनी ने कर्मचारियों से हड़ताल वापस लेने की अपील की और अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि त्योहारी सीजन में आम जनता को कोई परेशानी नहीं होनी चाहिए।

निजीकरण के खिलाफ संघर्ष, आगे की स्थिति

According to police reports, the primary suspect in the case is Sandeep, 35, who is Prashant’s cousin and Neetu’s brother-in-law. Sandeep, a resident of Daulha in Sohna, had previously been court-martialled and dismissed from the Army in 2023 due to allegations of defrauding civilians while stationed in Roorkee. Assistant Commissioner of Police (Crime) Naveen Sharma stated that Sandeep was eager to sell a 1,300-square-yard family property in Sohna and had allegedly received an advance from a prospective buyer approximately six months prior to the incident.

While Prashant was reportedly amenable to the sale, Neetu opposed it. The Assistant Commissioner suggested that her opposition may have been the motive behind her murder, stating, “This was his motive to kill Neetu. She was a hurdle in selling the land.”

Investigators allege that Sandeep subsequently hired two accomplices, Anuj, 29, from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and Avnish, 30, from Roorkee, to assist in the crime. Police reports indicate that Sandeep picked up the two men on his motorcycle on the morning of October 16 and brought them to the Sohna residence.

Execution of the Crime

Preliminary investigations suggest that Avnish remained outside to keep watch while Sandeep and Anuj entered the house around 10.05 am. Once inside, the two men allegedly overpowered Neetu, binding her limbs and covering her mouth and nose with several layers of masking tape. Reports indicate that they subsequently strangled her in the bathroom.

Following the murder, the suspects reportedly spent approximately 44 minutes inside the house. To mislead investigators, they allegedly staged a burglary by ransacking the residence before fleeing the scene. This initial staging led police to explore the possibility of a robbery-related motive for the murder.

Arrests Made in Connection with the Case

As the investigation progressed, teams from the Gurugram Police crime branch arrested Sandeep in Daulha on Monday. Anuj and Avnish were apprehended a day later in Roorkee. Authorities are currently delving into the alleged conspiracy, examining the role of each suspect, and scrutinising the circumstances surrounding Neetu’s tragic death.

The investigation continues as police seek to uncover further details regarding the events leading up to the murder and the motivations behind it. The case has drawn significant attention, highlighting issues related to domestic disputes and property conflicts within families.

गुरुग्राम में बनने वाली यह इमारत देश की सबसे ऊंची होगी। वर्तमान में, मुंबई की रॉयल पैलेस इमारत 320 मीटर ऊंची है और यह देश की सबसे ऊंची इमारत मानी जाती है। लेकिन अब गुरुग्राम में इससे दोगुनी ऊंची इमारत का निर्माण होने जा रहा है। नोएडा में भी सुपरनोवा नाम की एक इमारत है, जिसकी ऊंचाई लगभग 300 मीटर है।

लक्सरी और सुविधाएं

गुरुग्राम में बनने वाली यह इमारत केवल ऊंचाई में ही नहीं, बल्कि लग्जरी में भी बेहतरीन होगी। इसमें प्रीमियम अपार्टमेंट्स, कंपनियों के मुख्यालय, होटल और शॉपिंग सेंटर शामिल होंगे। इस बड़े प्रोजेक्ट का मुख्य उद्देश्य वैश्विक निवेश को आकर्षित करना और शहर को एक विश्वस्तरीय व्यापार केंद्र में बदलना है।

5 लाख की भीड़ संभालने की क्षमता

इस इमारत का डिजाइन भी अत्याधुनिक होगा। इसमें रोजाना 5.2 लाख विजिटर्स को संभालने की क्षमता होगी। इसमें दुकानें, ऑफिस और शॉपिंग कॉम्पलेक्स भी होंगे। हरियाणा विकास प्राधिकरण ने जल्द ही इसके लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण शुरू करने का ऐलान किया है, जिसे प्राइवेट बिल्डर को प्रोजेक्ट बनाने के लिए सौंपा जाएगा। इस शहर का डिजाइन सिंगापुर, टोक्यो और दुबई की तर्ज पर तैयार किया जा रहा है।

10 लाख करोड़ का निवेश

इस इमारत की निर्माण लागत लगभग 15,000 करोड़ रुपये बताई जा रही है। लेकिन यहां ट्रेड पार्क विकसित होने के बाद करीब 10 लाख करोड़ रुपये का निवेश आने की संभावना है। इससे लगभग 5 लाख नौकरियां भी पैदा होंगी। गुरुग्राम में विकसित की जा रही ग्लोबल सिटी से एयरपोर्ट और अन्य जरूरी सुविधाएं केवल 15 मिनट की दूरी पर होंगी।

स्मार्ट सिटी का निर्माण

इस शहर में सभी केबल और तारों को जमीन के नीचे ही रखा जाएगा, ताकि शहर को साफ-सुथरा रखा जा सके। इसके अलावा, शहर के नीचे 10.50 किलोमीटर की एक टनल भी बनाई जाएगी। इस मास्टर प्लान को तैयार करने में लगभग 15 साल का समय लगेगा।

हरियाली का ध्यान

इस प्रोजेक्ट की सबसे खास बात यह है कि इसमें हरियाली का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाएगा। कुल जमीन का 56 प्रतिशत हिस्सा हरियाली के लिए रखा जाएगा, जिसमें पेड़ और पार्क शामिल होंगे। सभी छतों पर सोलर एनर्जी, स्मार्ट मीटर और एक बड़ी साफ पानी की झील बनाई जाएगी। इससे पूरे शहर का तापमान गर्मियों में अन्य जगहों से 5 डिग्री कम रहेगा।

विदेशी निवेश का अवसर

इससे पूरे इलाके की मार्केट वैल्यू बढ़ेगी और यहां 200 से ज्यादा विदेशी कंपनियों के निवेश करने का मौका बनेगा। गुरुग्राम में बनने वाली यह इमारत न केवल भारत की, बल्कि वैश्विक स्तर पर एक नई पहचान बनाने जा रही है।

The suspects were caught near Railway Station Road after they allegedly discarded three bags containing the contraband in an attempt to escape. Acting on intelligence regarding a group arriving by train from Odisha with ganja, a team from the Crime Branch in Sector 16 maintained surveillance in the area and successfully detained all six individuals.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Vinod, a resident of Dujana village in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, and two others, Virendra and Baljit, who are from Palwal district. The three women involved are also reportedly from Uttar Pradesh, according to police sources.

Details of the Smuggling Operation

Preliminary questioning of the suspects revealed that Vinod is allegedly the mastermind behind the smuggling operation. A senior police officer informed PTI that he had travelled from Odisha with the three women and the consignment, which was destined for distribution in Palwal and Noida.

According to the police, Vinod had reportedly instructed his cousin, Virendra, to collect the consignment at Old Faridabad railway station. Virendra, along with his associate Baljit, arrived at the location to facilitate the delivery of the ganja. While the two men were responsible for delivering the contraband in Palwal, Vinod and the three women were to transport it to Noida, as per the police officer’s statements.

A police spokesperson indicated that the accused individuals would be presented before a court, where the authorities would seek their remand for further questioning. Investigators are currently looking into the source of the contraband, its intended recipients, and the potential involvement of other individuals in the alleged smuggling network.

Following the discovery, the school staff re-locked the room, hoping to prevent further thefts. Unfortunately, just two days later, the lock was again found broken. This time, a large aluminium tub and three cooking pots were reported stolen, indicating a pattern of repeated criminal activity targeting the school.

In response to the thefts, Pratibha Gupta, the school in-charge, filed a formal complaint with the Ambala City Sadar police station. The police have since registered a case against unknown individuals and have initiated an investigation into the incidents. अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, बादशाहपुर तहसील में पिछले दो वर्षों के दौरान हुए संपत्ति सौदों के रिकॉर्ड की जांच की जा रही है। इस दौरान करीब 25,000 संपत्तियों से जुड़े दस्तावेजों में विसंगतियां सामने आईं। इनमें कुछ ऐसे सौदे भी शामिल हैं, जिनकी जानकारी आयकर विभाग को उपलब्ध नहीं थी या जिनमें गलत PAN नंबर दर्ज होने की आशंका है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, लगभग 12,000 संपत्तियों से जुड़े 15,000 करोड़ रुपये के सौदों की जानकारी विभाग को नहीं मिली थी। रिकॉर्ड की पड़ताल में अन्य गड़बड़ियां भी सामने आईं। इसके बाद करीब 55,000 करोड़ रुपये के संपत्ति सौदे जांच के दायरे में आ गए। हालांकि, इन आंकड़ों का मतलब यह नहीं है कि सभी सौदे फर्जी हैं या पूरे 55,000 करोड़ रुपये का घोटाला साबित हो चुका है। फिलहाल मामला रिकॉर्ड में मिली विसंगतियों की जांच का है।

एक ही PAN नंबर के इस्तेमाल की जांच

इस मामले में सबसे अहम पहलू एक ही PAN नंबर के कथित तौर पर कई संपत्ति रजिस्ट्रियों में इस्तेमाल किए जाने का है। आयकर विभाग यह पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रहा है कि रिकॉर्ड में गलत PAN नंबर कैसे दर्ज हुए और क्या संपत्ति सौदों की जानकारी छिपाई गई थी। जांच में यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाएगा कि गड़बड़ियां रिकॉर्ड दर्ज करने में हुई चूक का नतीजा हैं या इनके पीछे जानबूझकर नियमों से बचने की कोशिश की गई। इसके लिए तहसील के दस्तावेजों का संबंधित रिकॉर्ड से मिलान किया जा रहा है।

सात सदस्यीय टीम कर रही जांच

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए आयकर विभाग, चंडीगढ़ के निदेशक (जांच एवं आपराधिक खुफिया जानकारी) ने सात सदस्यीय टीम बनाई है। यह टीम बादशाहपुर तहसील कार्यालय में रिकॉर्ड की बारीकी से जांच कर रही है। टीम का काम संपत्तियों के दस्तावेजों, PAN नंबर और लेनदेन से जुड़ी जानकारी का मिलान करना है। जांच पूरी होने के बाद ही यह साफ हो सकेगा कि कितने सौदों में वास्तविक गड़बड़ी हुई और किन लोगों या संस्थाओं की जिम्मेदारी बनती है।

प्रॉपर्टी खरीदारों और विभाग की नजर जांच पर

गुरुग्राम में जमीन और प्रॉपर्टी की खरीद-बिक्री लंबे समय से बड़े आर्थिक लेनदेन का हिस्सा रही है। ऐसे में रिकॉर्ड में सामने आई गड़बड़ियां संपत्ति रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया और आयकर नियमों के पालन को लेकर सवाल खड़े करती हैं। फिलहाल आयकर विभाग का ध्यान रिकॉर्ड की वास्तविक स्थिति सामने लाने पर है। जांच के नतीजों से पता चलेगा कि मामला गलत जानकारी दर्ज करने तक सीमित है या इसमें बड़े स्तर पर कर संबंधी अनियमितताएं हुई हैं। अभी किसी व्यापक घोटाले को साबित हुआ मानना जल्दबाजी होगी।

India finished the 2026 Asian Games with a total of 85 medals, positioning itself fourth in the overall standings. This tally comprised 21 gold, 27 silver, and 37 bronze medals. The incident came to light when Hussain officially approached the Nuh City Police Station on September 28. He claimed to have received a threatening phone call the night before, during which the caller asserted their affiliation with the aforementioned gang. The caller’s demands were accompanied by threats of violence against Hussain and his family should the ransom not be paid.

In response to the complaint, police registered a case under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and initiated an investigation into the matter. The police worked closely with the Cyber Cell to analyse technical data such as mobile phone numbers used in the threatening calls.

Police Investigation and Arrest

Diligent investigative efforts revealed that the phone numbers alleged to be used for the threats were registered in the name of Akash Yadav. Following these leads, a police team located and apprehended the suspect. Upon his arrest, a mobile phone was confiscated, to aid further examination.

Authorities proceeded to investigate the WhatsApp numbers associated with the seized device and assessed other digital activity linked to Yadav. During interrogation, he reportedly provided significant information that may assist in the ongoing investigation.

The investigation has also implicated another individual whose involvement is under scrutiny. To secure further evidence and conduct questioning, Yadav was presented in court and remanded to police custody for two days. During this remand, another mobile phone was recovered, which investigators identified as potentially critical to the case.

Ongoing Investigation and Future Actions

Nuh Police disclosed that their investigation remains active, as they work to uncover the complete circumstances surrounding the ransom demand. They are currently assessing whether Yadav acted independently or if other individuals or an organised group were involved in these activities.

As part of the investigation, police are scrutinising the digital evidence procured during the inquiry and utilising information gained during interrogations to piece together the entire narrative of the incident. The focus is on identifying all involved parties and the exact circumstances leading up to the alleged ransom demand.

Law enforcement officials stated that subsequent legal actions will be determined based on the evidence that emerges throughout this investigation. The authorities aim to establish a comprehensive understanding of the communications involved and determine the extent of any organised efforts behind the threats made against the BJP leader.
