The 2030 Water Resources Group (2030WRG), launched in 2008 at the World Economic Forum and hosted by IFC since 2012 facilitates public-private-civil society collaboration, which enables open, trust-based dialogue processes to drive action on water resources reform in water stressed developing economies. Their ultimate aim is to close the gap between water demand and supply by the year 2030.
2030 Water Resources Group has partnered with the Government of Maharashtra to bring in transformative water management. They are together launching an initiative on August 07, 2017 which will help achieve the same.
